**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I really like the different platforms available for clocking in. It’s great being able to have everything in one app and access it easily whenever I need to. The app is very user-friendly, and Jibble is the best time clock I’ve used so far.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

When I try to print a full week of the time clock, it’s hard to get a simple printout that shows only the “clock in” times and the “clock out” times. Instead, it seems to want to generate an Excel sheet with every little detail included. I really wish there were an option to print just the “In & Out” times only.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to see what times coworkers have clocked in and out, where they’ve clocked in and out, and their available vacation and sick days. It’s helped me spend less time figuring out everyone’s remaining vacation days and hours, and it has also reduced the number of time-related questions I get from employees.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

What I like best about Jibble is how easy it is to track time across different projects. The project time tracking feature helps our team accurately log billable hours and monitor time spent on each task. I also find the Chrome extension very convenient because I can start and stop timers directly from my browser without disrupting my workflow. The interface is intuitive, reporting is straightforward, and it has made time tracking much more organized and efficient for our team.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

One area that could be improved is the customization of reports and dashboards, as there are times when we need more flexibility in how project data is presented. Occasionally, the Chrome extension may require a page refresh or re-login after browser updates, but it doesn't happen often. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and they haven't significantly affected our team's productivity or overall experience with Jibble.

We've been using Jibble to track working hours across our team, and it has made the process much more organized. The interface is straightforward, so even new team members can start using it without needing much explanation.

What I like most is how quick it is to clock in and out, and how easy it is to review timesheets at the end of the week. The reports provide the information we need without feeling overly complicated.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

What I appreciate most about Jibble is the balance between a robust, feature-rich platform and a surprisingly user-friendly experience. It has fundamentally streamlined how we manage our remote team’s attendance.

Jibble plays well with our existing tech stack. The ability to sync data with tools like Slack saves our team significant administrative time. It’s a huge plus that the data flows automatically, reducing the risk of manual entry errors.

The software is highly reliable. Even when our team is in the field, the app performs consistently. I’ve found the offline sync feature to be a lifesaver it captures attendance data even when the internet is spotty and updates everything perfectly once the connection is restored.

The "free forever" model is incredibly generous for small teams, but the paid tiers provide excellent ROI as you scale. Given how much time we save on manual payroll preparation and the reduction in "buddy punching" thanks to their verification tools, the cost is easily justified by the administrative savings.

Onboarding was a breeze. The walkthroughs and pop-up tutorials helped us set up our first projects and schedules in minutes. While the support is heavily AI-driven, I’ve found the bot to be very effective at answering technical questions, and it’s usually enough to resolve issues immediately.

The AI-powered facial recognition is a standout. It provides a level of accountability that we simply didn't have with paper or manual systems. Additionally, the AI-assisted time entry where you can simply type in what you worked on and have it log the entry is a game-changer for productivity.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

Reporting options could be more flexible.

Time Theft & "Buddy Punching": Using biometric facial recognition, Jibble ensures that the person clocking in is actually who they say they are, eliminating dishonest time-entry practices.  

Administrative Inefficiency: Manual timesheet collection and payroll preparation are time-consuming and prone to human error. Jibble automates calculations, rounding, and overtime tracking.  

Lack of Accountability (Field/Remote): For teams that are mobile or distributed, Jibble uses GPS geofencing to ensure employees are physically at the correct job site when they start their shifts.  

Communication Gaps: Before using a centralized tool, managing leaves, schedules, and project hours often requires constant back-and-forth communication. Jibble centralizes this data.

Data Silos: Manual tracking often leaves data stuck in paper or isolated spreadsheets. Jibble integrates directly with accounting and payroll software (RazorpayX) to create a seamless workflow.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I really like the support agent provided by Jibble. Jayah has become our go-to person for helping candidates who get stuck while filling out their timesheets, or for sorting out incorrect hours. Jibble has genuinely saved me time and cut down a lot of manual work. The process is simple: talents fill in their own work schedules, and I only need to review and approve them. That’s a big win for me, because I don’t have to chase down each and every team member or handle it individually.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

There are a couple of areas where Jibble could improve. A specific pain point is the limited number of seats available to unarchive members, which has created issues for us more than once.

In addition, there have been cases where former Jibble members aren’t automatically reactivated when they return for a new agreement. We have to step in and reactivate them manually every time.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that Jibble is solving for me is the manual hour tracking. Before, getting timesheets sorted for each and every team member was a task in itself. Jibble has completely taken that off my plate. The export feature is a big win for reporting and record keeping. Whenever we face any issue with exporting, Jayah help us to do that too.

I love how user-friendly Jibble is. It's very easy to use, with simple navigation and intuitive buttons, making clocking in and out a breeze. The support team is great and the setup was quite easy, thanks to the tutorials provided. We don't need much training; it just works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

So I think there are certain things which have not worked well. One issue is when a person is working on multiple projects, they have to maintain the details separately. And while downloading, we have to segregate by filters, which can be cumbersome. Also, there's no option to directly share the timesheet with a third party. I have to manually download the sheet and share it with the client, as there's no direct way to give third parties access to look at the timesheet on Jibble.

I use Jibble to maintain timesheets for attendance. It automatically calculates weekly and monthly hours, tracks leaves, and reduces my manual workload. It's user-friendly, making clocking in and out easy, without needing much training.

I like the automatic screenshot capture, time tracking, and GPS features, as they make it easier to monitor attendance and productivity while keeping records organized.

While Jibble is generally easy to use, we recently encountered an issue where screenshots were not following the configured 2-minute interval despite the settings being properly set. We also had to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app to sync the latest settings. Improving screenshot consistency and automatic synchronization would make the experience more seamless for administrators and users.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

The Entire UI gives very minimalistic and easy to understand vibe. It doesnt overwhelm with bunch of features just for the sake of adding it. Also the data import feature like importing from clockify which helps in migrating from existing timesheet apps. Performance wise feels smooth and not very laggy. Havent tried the paid plans yet although the product seems very good from tier itself.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

The dislike is mostly related to how the platform is structured for timesheet tracking. For example if someone is coming from Clockfiy where they have been tracking against Client, project and a Tag where as Jibble only had 2 variables to track against although we could do some workarounds but still.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well we were looking to update from the existing timesheet app as it felt very featureless and did not want to have something which is feature rich and super expensive and also might want to have AI capabalities so from that point of view jibble was looking like the right fit.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I love how Jibble keeps all the information in one easy-to-find place, organizing it so it's not an admin mess. It makes processing timesheets and project invoices much quicker and provides a reliable source of information for Xero and my record-keeping. I like its easy-to-use interface and Google Chrome extension. The Google Chrome extension makes it easy and fuss-free for me to log time against each project without having to open up a whole new window, keeping my workspace less cluttered. The interface on the main website makes it super easy to navigate, which saves me time when I need to open it for more detailed tasks. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

I find some of the buttons / drop down menus within the website to be a bit slow or have a bit of lag between when they are pressed. I think the integration into Xero could be made a bit more obvious as it wasn't clear to me when first signing up that I also needed to create a separate Jibble account after already gaining access through Xero for the chrome extension and apps to work.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jibble keeps all the information in one easy-to-find place, organizes it to avoid an admin mess, speeds up my time processing timesheets and project invoices, and provides a reliable source of information for Xero and my record keeping.

What I like most is how easy Jibble is to use on smartphones. We previously relied on a fixed biometric attendance system at our head office, but we replaced it with the Jibble app because the fixed setup wasn’t practical for our project field staff. You also can’t realistically install physical machines at every project location without running into high costs.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

Since our project sites are in very remote areas, we often run into issues with GPS tracking. The app doesn’t pick up our GPS location reliably most of the time, especially in places with sketchy connectivity.

It helps our organisation track all staff attendance very easily through its user-friendly app, without having to rely on fixed setups in the office.

While Jibble is excellent for pure attendance and time tracking, it has a few limitations and areas where it doesn't work as well, depending on your team's needs:   1. This app is the easiest to use in its category, with a straightforward, user-friendly experience. I haven't explored the integrations with other software yet as I have everything I need from using their API and my own purpose built portal. Performance has been great so far and the price point is great value for money. The support has been very quick in responding to the one minor issue we have had so far. As for the any AI capabilities, we haven't really explored that yet or needed to.

Some improvements I’d like to see include the ability to further customise what users can access and see on their side of the app. My team has very basic clock-in and clock-out needs, and we don’t use any of the activity or project functionality. This has caused some confusion when onboarding new staff. If those sections could be hidden for users where they aren’t required, it would help avoid unnecessary issues.

The time-off request feature is a helpful addition for my team, as we’ve created a sickness policy around it so staff who work outside of management hours have a clear place to report sickness absence. However, it would be useful if the wording could be adjusted, because staff currently have to “request” time off due to sickness, whereas in reality it isn’t a request at all.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

What I like best about Jibble is its ability to track employee attendance along with location. It helps ensure accurate time tracking, improves accountability, and provides transparency by verifying where employees are clocking in and out from.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

What I dislike about Jibble is that it sometimes logs employees out automatically. In addition, the app often needs to be refreshed multiple times before a logout can be recorded successfully, which leads to frequent complaints from employees and creates confusion in attendance tracking.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jibble helps us track employee attendance accurately, including their login and logout locations. This improves accountability, reduces attendance discrepancies, and makes it easier to monitor employee working hours and maintain attendance records efficiently.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

We use Jibble in our company to track working hours and attendance for our team. I mainly use the web dashboard to review timesheets and check daily entries. The interface is easy to understand, and approving or reviewing logged hours doesn't take much time.

I haven't experienced any major issues. Some reporting options took me a little while to learn, but after using them a few times they became much easier to navigate.

I use Jibble to track time spent by the team on various projects. I like the ability to add leaves and the approval system for the same. Whenever a team member has a planned leave, they can apply for it via Jibble and their manager can approve or decline it based on workload and team status. The initial setup of Jibble was pretty simple.

The leave process doesn't allow any modification or add rules as to how these leaves are accrued.

I use Jibble to track team time on projects, solving difficulties in evaluating time spent. The leave feature with approval system helps manage team schedules based on workload.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I really like how simple and easy Jibble is to set up. It takes less than five minutes, which is super convenient. I primarily use it to check in on my employees, making sure they're clocking in at the right times for lunch and clocking out at the end of the day. The clock in, clock out features are handy, and while nothing else really stands out, it's solid software overall.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

Making it easier to do timesheet edits can be a little tedious. Also, if an employee forgets to clock out, some kind of notification would be nice, like noticing if someone has been working for twelve hours when their shift should only be six.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jibble to see when my employees clock in for lunch and clock out at the end of the day. It's simple and easy to set up.

We use Jibble every day for our technicians to clock in before leaving for customer visits and clock out when they finish. It's simple enough that everyone adopted it quickly, even people who aren't particularly comfortable with new software.

I haven't had any major issues. Some members of the team needed a short explanation when we first introduced it, but after a few days everyone was using it without any problems.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

Jibble has been very helpful specially because i needed a good platform but for a low volume of users, and jibble was able to adapt from 1 user to multiple at enterprise level with reasonable pricing. 
time punching features to create restrictions and avoid fraudulent punches. 
time tracking, geolocation etc are excellent features to manage a remote team as well.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

I think most of the features are really good, and I haven’t found any downsides so far. The only thing I can think of is that it would be helpful to be able to apply different restrictions to different users.

Managing a small number of remote employees.

I primarily use Jibble for clocking in and clocking out, tracking my hours worked, and managing time off. It solves the frustration of manually keeping track of time and how much is spent on different projects and tasks. I like the ease of use and simplicity, which make it convenient and easy to remember. It's simple to switch between logging hours and clocking in or out, and easy to adjust if a mistake is made. We found Jibble to be easier to integrate and get used to compared to other software, making it a favorite of ours. The initial setup was very easy, and I am very likely to recommend Jibble to others.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

Adjusting for time off/vacation could be smoother and integrated better. It would be helpful if it was more apparent or obvious how to select from different pools of hours.
