What I like most about Jibble is how lightweight and responsive the platform feels. Everything loads quickly, the interface is clean, and it’s easy to navigate even for someone using it for the first time. It doesn’t feel overloaded with unnecessary complexity, which makes daily use much more pleasant. I honestly don’t have any major complaints so far. The only thing I would mention is that there’s a small learning curve at the beginning while exploring all the available features and settings. I use Jibble to clock in and out from work. I appreciate the geolocation feature for its accuracy, as it helps me and my team be honest about our hours. I find Jibble easy to use and intuitive. The face scan can be improved a lot as many times it shows someone else's name. Currently, it mixes up with multiple people. I find the continuous GPS tracker to be the best feature of Jibble as it has helped increase the efficiency of our field employees. My team clocks in and out on a tablet I set up, and everything is recorded automatically. The biggest benefit for me is that the hours sync directly with QuickBooks, so I can process payroll and send direct deposits remotely in just a few minutes, instead of spending close to an hour on it. What I dislike about Jibble is that it sometimes logs employees out automatically. In addition, the app often needs to be refreshed multiple times before a logout can be recorded successfully, which leads to frequent complaints from employees and creates confusion in attendance tracking.
