We’ve been using Jibble to manage attendance and track working hours, and overall, it has made things much easier for our team. Earlier, keeping track of check-ins, working hours, and attendance could get a little messy, but Jibble has made the process more organized.

From an organization’s perspective, it’s helpful because we can easily monitor attendance and working hours without having to maintain everything manually. The interface is simple, and employees can also see their own attendance details.

I'm not a fan of how Jibble doesn't track idle time based on keyboard keystrokes and mouse movement, which means the actual effective worked time isn't tracked. I like that Jibble is very easy to use and keeps track of invoices. I've been enjoying figuring out the platform, and it's very helpful for keeping track of my timesheets, submitting the proper invoices, and organizing everything into projects all on one site. I love how I can create separate projects and invite multiple people, which is perfect since I'm self-employed, and my projects and collaborators change on a job-to-job basis. Easy to learn and get up to speed quickly. A integration to QBO (still needs a bit of work, but it's helpful). We mainly use activities, Time Off and reporting. The reporting is great, but I'm sad they changed the interface, it makes it a little slower to do the filters for reports. All in all a great value. I really can't remember the app being down, great uptime. Support is mainly chat, but I usually figure out anything with a web search. The team loves the mobile app and we use the geofencing feature. The reporting filters could be more flexible, especially when I’m trying to export customised departmental summaries. Also, on older devices the mobile app can take a few seconds to load the camera or location verification, which slightly slows down the clock-in process at the start of a shift. When I try to print a full week of the time clock, it’s hard to get a simple printout that shows only the “clock in” times and the “clock out” times. Instead, it seems to want to generate an Excel sheet with every little detail included. I really wish there were an option to print just the “In & Out” times only. The mobile app dashboard feels limited compared to the web version, making on-the-go reporting stiff. Setting up work schedules takes some trial and error, and custom filtering across multiple subjects can feel rigid without exporting to Excel. The mobile app acts mostly as a quick clock-in/clock-out button and lacks deep visual charts, detailed analytics, and advanced filters, unlike the web version, which provides a comprehensive command center with subject-wise pie charts, detailed team activity, multi-level filtering, and custom report exports. I think Jibble could be improved by having a feature where you can clock in or out at different jobs, like for traveling nurses or people who work at multiple sites, such as swimming pool techs or contractors. It would be simpler if there was an option to clock in for the entire day and then adjust locations throughout the day.
