"Simple and Reliable Time Tracking Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like best about Jibble is that it is simple and easy to use for tracking work hours. The clock-in and clock-out process is quick, and it helps maintain transparency in time tracking. I also like that it gives a clear view of attendance, working hours, and productivity, which is useful while working remotely with Turing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I do not have any major dislikes about Jibble. It works well for time tracking, but the user experience could be made even smoother with clearer notifications and simpler navigation in some sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic Screenshots, Time Tracking, and GPS Make Attendance Monitoring Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like the automatic screenshot capture, time tracking, and GPS features, as they make it easier to monitor attendance and productivity while keeping records organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

While Jibble is generally easy to use, we recently encountered an issue where screenshots were not following the configured 2-minute interval despite the settings being properly set. We also had to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app to sync the latest settings. Improving screenshot consistency and automatic synchronization would make the experience more seamless for administrators and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Mobile Attendance for Field Staff—A Practical Alternative to Fixed Biometrics"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most is how easy Jibble is to use on smartphones. We previously relied on a fixed biometric attendance system at our head office, but we replaced it with the Jibble app because the fixed setup wasn’t practical for our project field staff. You also can’t realistically install physical machines at every project location without running into high costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Since our project sites are in very remote areas, we often run into issues with GPS tracking. The app doesn’t pick up our GPS location reliably most of the time, especially in places with sketchy connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Robust Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I love the 'Free Forever' Plan because it offers unlimited users for free and includes essential features like automated timesheets and basic GPS tracking, which is a fantastic value for startups and growing teams. The frictionless interface stands out, as the mobile app and desktop widget are clean and efficient; clocking in, starting a break, or switching tasks is just a click away, making it so much easier for employees and reducing forgotten punches. I appreciate the smart accountability features, such as AI facial recognition and geofencing, which give managers complete peace of mind regarding employee locations when starting their shifts. The initial setup of Jibble was incredibly quick and easy, with seamless workspace configuration and effortless team onboarding, which was a breeze even for those not technologically inclined. Additionally, managing a large workforce was simplified with Jibble's shared kiosk mode and AI facial recognition, making shift attendance fast and payroll processing seamless without performance lags or data errors. Overall, Jibble's combination of features makes time tracking and attendance incredibly reliable and efficient for an organization with a large workforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

While Jibble is excellent for pure attendance and time tracking, it has a few limitations and areas where it doesn't work as well, depending on your team's needs: 1. Weak Project Management and Billing Tools Jibble is brilliant at tracking who is working and where, but it is not built for complex project analytics. It lacks built-in client invoicing tools. The task hierarchy is relatively flat; if your projects involve deep sub-tasks, kanban boards, or setting separate 'cost rates' versus 'client billing rates' to track project profitability, Jibble will feel too basic. 2. No true Shift Scheduling While you can set up strict work schedules and time-tracking rules (like expected shift lengths or overtime limits), Jibble does not feature a fully fledged drag-and-drop shift planner. It lacks advanced scheduling capabilities like managing open shifts, shift swapping between employees, or automatic schedule conflict detection. 3. Underdeveloped Mobile Dashboard Even though the mobile app is clean and makes it easy for employees to clock in, the manager/admin dashboard on mobile leaves a lot to be blank space. It doesn't present live data, team metrics, or visual reporting as effectively on a phone screen as it does on the web browser app. 4. No Built-In Team Messaging Unlike some modern workforce management tools, Jibble does not include an internal team chat feature. If managers need to broadcast an announcement or if employees need to coordinate directly within the tracking app, you still have to rely on third-party communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. "Professional Time Tracker, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I use Jibble to track my engagement time while doing a job with Turing. What I like most is that I can stop the time when I'm taking a break, which helps me calculate the exact hours I'm working on a project. It's a professional time tracker, and that's what's most helpful for my work. The initial setup was very easy. I also use it with Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There should be a auto off sensor as sometimes I forget to press the stop button while I am taking a break. Like if my laptop in sleep mode, the auto off mode should be on. It should be embedded in Jibble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile for Contractor Management, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I appreciate Jibble for its real-time customization, which allows it to adapt to our company's needs. It integrates well into other systems and supports timezone adaptations, different groups, projects, and activity features. The end-of-month reconciliation feature is particularly useful for me as it automates reports that I send to my vendors as proof of timesheets and work. Switching from Clockify to Jibble was mainly due to its functionality and cost-effectiveness. The initial setup of Jibble was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There could be a better collaboration between users and admin, like providing a Q&A section and integrating with Slack. This might exist, but I haven't tried finding it yet. An integration with Slack would help make my collaboration there tie into the tool, so workers could immediately click and complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Time Tracking, But Room for UI Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like the browser extension since it makes it pretty easy to switch between tasks and keep me focused right from the browser where I do most of my work. It allows me to always access the tracker, which is great because it provides a constant reminder of how long I'm spending on tasks and if I'm switching tasks. While there was a bit of a learning curve in setup, overall, it's pretty easy to use and it's free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The overall UI is a little bit clunky. The setup wasn't great understanding the differences between activities, projects, and clients. Seemed somewhat unintuitive. And the clock in, clock out system feels a little bit archaic. And overly complicated. It doesn't have some key integrations like Clod or Notion. There was a little bit of a learning curve with setup and making it work for my purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Powerful Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I find Jibble incredibly easy to use, making it simple for a new employee to start using it from day one. I really appreciate the face and location tracking features as they help prevent the misuse of other attendance methods and eliminate the need for any additional devices since employees can use their own mobiles. These tracking capabilities are the most important features I was looking for in an attendance app. Also, the initial setup of Jibble was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Monthly salary calculation based on a fixed amount is an issue; currently, it is only calculated on the hourly rate. For employees with a monthly remuneration, we have to manually calculate the pay based on leaves and loss of pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Tool That Streamlines Team Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like that Jibble is pretty simple and intuitive to use, which means I don't have to check multiple times a day or mess around with settings. Once it's set, it’s done. It gives me all the necessary information to manage my remote team, like when team members log in and out, their holidays, and overtime details. I appreciate the solid analytics it provides, showing exactly how much someone is working, including overtime, and if they are coming in or out, allowing them to log holidays with ease. Also, the setup is the best part; anyone who has never used it can create an account and get started in about thirty minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I haven't used their screenshot capture feature, but I'd appreciate it if Jibble could offer higher resolution in lower plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
