**What do you like best about JBolo?**

JBolo Live Chat was a simple choice for Joomla 4, the implementation was simple, and the product works like a charm. We were impressed by JBolo live chat performance and interface. The user interface is clean and very similar to FB Chat.

**What do you dislike about JBolo?**

The product is excellent, and the interface is very user-friendly, but the only complaint is the licensing model, for a medium group, is a little expensive. Jbolo Live Chat fit perfect for a one-agent site.

**What problems is JBolo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason to chose JBolo Live Chat extension for Joomla was the simple integration with the latest joomla CMS version and the Live Chat user interface, Jbolo Live Chat have the best User interface available for Joomla.

**What do you like best about JBolo?**

Best Live Chat Solution to use alongside JomSocial Bolo Is one of the best Live Chat Plugins of the moment for Joomla and Supports the latest Joomla CMS Version; the interface is lightweight and very similar to FB Chat.

**What do you dislike about JBolo?**

Two things that can discourage using Jbolo, one is their higher annual product fee than similar products, the second is the they not release updates very often.

**What problems is JBolo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reason to evaluate and use the JBolo Live Chat was the easy way to integrate with JomSocial and a couple more plugins. The deployment of Jbolo live chat was simple and without complaints.
