JAVLN Officetech Reviews & Product Details

JAVLN Officetech is a purpose-built Document Management System (DMS) and the compliance layer of the complete broker operating system. Designed specifically for insurance brokers, it achieves audit-readiness, mitigates regulatory risk, and enforces best-practice document management across the brokerage. The platform features immutable file notes and comprehensive audit trails that create non-editable records of all document interactions, ensuring complete regulatory compliance with ASIC, APRA, IBCOP and FCA requirements. With guided filing capabilities, brokers can automatically organise documents into correct client folders, reducing errors and saving valuable time. Key capabilities include powerful text-based search functionality that searches within documents (not just file names), customisable templates for consistent client communications, and automated renewal reminders. The system integrates natively with Microsoft 365, allowing brokers to work within familiar tools including Outlook, Word and Excel. Team collaboration is enabled through document check-in/check-out version control, preventing overwrites and ensuring everyone works on current versions. Built-in PDF tools enable editing, merging, and annotating without external software. The platform maintains 7-year retention for client, policy, and financial records, meeting stringent regulatory requirements. With SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access controls, JAVLN Officetech provides enterprise-grade security while remaining accessible from anywhere through cloud delivery. Used by 15,000+ insurance professionals across Australia and New Zealand, and now available in the United Kingdom, JAVLN Officetech operates as a standalone compliance solution or as the document management layer of the complete broker operating system: JAVLN Platform manages the transaction, Officetech maintains the audit trail, and together they close the gap between what you did and what you can prove.
