"Flexible Yet Integration-Limited CRM for Insurance Management"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

I like Jarvis CRM’s accessible customization that does not require dedicated IT support, which fits our insurance administrative workflow perfectly. Previously, our old Fat Free CRM lacked flexible field configuration, forcing us to compromise on how we tracked policy and claim details. Early this quarter, I needed to build dedicated sections for commercial liability limits, fleet vehicle information and loss history for our new business insurance intake process. I was able to create all these custom fields independently without submitting support tickets, which avoided multi-day delays we would have faced with our prior system. I appreciate how neatly it organizes all documents linked to each customer record. Once clients submit paperwork through Formeer, I attach claim photos, inspection reports and signed application forms directly to their profiles. During a recent surge in auto claim filings, our agents could pull the full case file instantly instead of messaging me repeatedly to locate scattered files stored in shared drives. I also value the built-in task reminder system. When clients send incomplete intake forms missing ID or proof of coverage, I create follow-up tasks tied to their profiles, so pending submissions don’t get overlooked amid heavy workloads. The tagging and filtering functionality is another standout feature. During our busy renewal season, I tag accounts by policy type and expiration timeline, cutting out hours of manual sorting I once did in spreadsheets. The interface stays straightforward even after adding many custom fields, making onboarding new administrative staff quick. I’m impressed by how well the search function performs even as our client database grows; I can instantly pull up records using policy numbers or claim IDs instead of scrolling through endless contact lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

First, there is no native direct integration with Formeer. Every time a client submits an insurance application or claim form, I have to manually export the form data and copy information into Jarvis CRM. A few weeks ago, we received over 40 commercial insurance intake forms within a single business day. Manually transferring names, requested coverage and supporting client details took several hours of repetitive work, and this tedious process increases the chance of typos or omitted fields that could hold up policy underwriting. Automated data sync would eliminate this manual step entirely. Secondly, the reporting functionality is quite basic. I often need to pull summaries for open claims, pending renewals and incomplete applications to share with management. But Jarvis CRM only generates simple lists and lacks customizable report templates built for insurance operations. I have to export raw data and build formatted summaries in Excel, adding extra labor to my weekly routines. Additionally, there are restrictions on dynamic conditional logic for custom client fields. Ideally, irrelevant fields should automatically hide based on policy type. For example, personal auto clients shouldn’t see commercial fleet coverage questions, yet every client record displays all fields at once, cluttering profiles and increasing data entry errors. File handling also remains inconsistent. When processing property damage claims, we regularly receive high-resolution photos and multi-page inspection documents. Large batch uploads frequently time out, forcing me to split documents into smaller groups and upload them separately before adjusters can review claim materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Jarvis CRM, I relied on Formeer for form collection paired with disjointed spreadsheets and separate cloud folders for client documentation, leading to scattered information that slowed nearly every administrative task. Last quarter, one of our agents followed up on a commercial property claim, and I needed to jump between form submissions, multiple Excel trackers and archived folders to gather policy terms, claim paperwork and supporting evidence. The whole process took almost 20 minutes, and I nearly overlooked critical deductible information during the search. Jarvis CRM solves this pain point by acting as a centralized hub for all client data. After intake forms are submitted via Formeer, I consolidate every client’s policy records, claim updates and supporting documents into unified profiles. Our agents can retrieve complete case information autonomously without waiting for me to compile materials manually. It also fixes the limitations of our previous Fat Free CRM, which could not support insurance-specific custom fields for tracking renewals, claim status and different coverage lines. The flexible customization lets me adapt the platform to auto, home and commercial insurance workflows without IT assistance. Overall, it eliminates the chaos caused by fragmented records, speeds up insurance application and claim processing, delivers consistent, organized client information to our team, and reduces bottlenecks in our daily insurance administrative operations.
