"High-Potential Ticket Module, But Pure UI Needs Smoother UX and Fewer Clicks"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I like the Ticket Module and believe that it has a lot of potential. We use it for so much more than supplier on-boarding tickets. It needs a little love though, to be able to be more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

We've encountered a lot of UI/UX feedback from our users (e.g. lack of visual separation, too many clicks) for the Pure UI. There's also a lot of potential to add to and improve the WEngine actions available for the Tickets Module to allow for more ticket flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unique Tool for Efficient Procurement Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I like the purchasing flow that I can have with Jaggaer. Certainly, having a single tool that contains all the information I need, including those about suppliers and bids, is very useful. Additionally, I like that at the conclusion of a project I am provided with a summary Excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

The supplier onboarding process could be improved; an agent is needed to provide assistance and indicate which information is missing during this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Management and Compliance, but Needs Greater Flexibility"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I like that Jaggaer facilitates interaction with suppliers and regulatory compliance. It is also very easy for suppliers to use, which is a great advantage. Additionally, I value the integration of Jaggaer with the ERP, as it helps to share award data efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

It is not very flexible according to the particular needs of the company, and the company's workflow must be adapted to the Jaggaer format. The use of economical templates for receiving offers is also not simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good connectivity, but complicated setup and inflexible functions"
2/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I use eProcurement in Jaggaer because we can easily connect the punchouts and the users can shop easily. The users know what they need to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

The order confirmation process is not customizable and not simple enough for suppliers. The UI is not consistent. We had problems with our implementation partner because Jaggaer says he has to do things, but the implementation partner doesn't even know many functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid E-Procurement Tool, But E-Sourcing Needs Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I use Jaggaer primarily for e-procurement and e-sourcing. I find the interaction with our ERP systems quite useful for procurement tasks. The use of catalogs is also beneficial in our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

For the e-sourcing, we don't have the capability to complete a lot of sourcing events due to erroring out on some of the bits that come in from suppliers. We're working through that currently with Jaggaer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Yet Outdated UI Limits Potential"
4/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I like the full portfolio of different components within one platform that Jaggaer offers. It provides a single source of access for suppliers and varying information, as well as purchase orders and other related documents. This setup is really convenient and valuable, streamlining the process significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

Varian doesn't use the latest UI, which limits what we can do with new technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I really appreciate how logical and intuitive the Jaggaer platform is. It's great at automating processes and making sure the tasks reach the right teams, which drives the process in a logical way and eliminates the need for paper or offline resources. I also enjoy the promptness and helpfulness of Jaggaer's customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Innovations Shine Despite Cross-Country Adoption Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I am very interested in the new AI application within Jaggaer, particularly for the supplier evaluation. The initial setup of Jaggaer was very good with strong support of Jaggaer team especially for vendor management and sourcing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

I find the adoption of the tool challenging in specific countries like the United States, especially concerning the supplier qualification questions considered confidential information. There could be improvements in connecting with other tools like Ecovadis and D&B Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified S2P Platform That Standardises Procurement and Centralises Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

One platform that connects the entire S2P process and lets users view all the data in one place. It helps people standardise processes and follow procurement best practices, while also integrating with external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

We need to make sure the UI across the different platforms works the same way. That includes consistent button placement, naming, and functionality, so it doesn’t feel like you’re operating on different systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Coherent, Easy-to-Configure ASO Module—But API Integrations Are Challenging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jaggaer?

The solution we have chosen (ASO module for our call for tenders) fits our needs with the control of our data directly implemented into the tool and the possibility to work on the scenarios to optimize our decision process (in a medium-term basis). The tool is coherent and easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

The integration we want to implement with the Jaggaer tool (using API) and our other digital tools is difficult for the technical teams to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
