Is Jaggaer free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Jaggaer does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Jaggaer pricing best suited for?

Jaggaer's pricing is best suited for mid-market to large enterprise organizations running complex, multi-stakeholder procurement operations. G2 reviewers from manufacturing, higher education, automotive, oil and energy, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries represent the heaviest adopters. Enterprise reviewers consistently leverage the full S2P suite, while mid-market reviewers on G2 highlight sourcing automation, catalog management, and supplier onboarding as primary use cases. Jaggaer's custom pricing model and implementation demands make it a poor fit for small businesses with limited procurement infrastructure. G2 reviews of Jaggaer indicate the greatest value accrues to organizations with decentralized purchasing structures seeking process standardization, ERP integration, and end-to-end procurement visibility across global operations.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Jaggaer?

Jaggaer offers no free version or free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Jaggaer, the JAGGAER ONE Spend Management Platform is available exclusively through custom enterprise quotes, with no self-serve or entry-level paid tier listed. Prospective buyers must engage Jaggaer directly to receive pricing. G2 reviewers note that Jaggaer's pricing covers modular access across sourcing, contracts, AP, invoicing, supplier management, and direct procurement, with scope and cost determined by which modules are deployed. Organizations evaluating Jaggaer should factor in implementation costs, as multiple G2 users cite lengthy and complex initial setup as a significant additional investment beyond licensing.

Is Jaggaer considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers present a mixed but generally positive value picture for Jaggaer. Enterprise users running full S2P suites, including sourcing, contracts, AP, invoicing, and supplier management, consistently rate the depth of functionality highly, with several awarding 5.0/5. Recurring praise centers on ERP integration, punchout catalogs, cXML invoicing, and workflow automation. However, G2 reviews of Jaggaer also flag implementation complexity, inconsistent UI across modules, and slow support response as friction points that affect perceived value. For organizations that fully adopt multiple modules, G2 users report significant procurement cycle time reductions and process standardization gains, suggesting strong ROI at scale despite the premium custom pricing.

"Robust E2E solution, with UI complexity and gaps in enabling leadership reviews."

3/5

What do you like best about Jaggaer?

What I like most is that Jaggaer offers an end-to-end solution. That said, not all customers use every module, and integration with other tools isn’t always seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

The user interface feels a bit complex. To complete a process—such as a supplier assessment—users have to click through too many steps.

It would be helpful to add more quick links, widgets, and shortcuts so users can skip unnecessary steps and move through the workflow faster.

The tool is also good for collecting data, but the output isn’t presented in a way that works well for leadership presentations. For instance, during a category strategy review, the results aren’t easy to package, share, or reuse in a presentation-ready format.

Also, spend data is not well integrated across all the modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spend: It helps us integrate all our spend data from different sources in one place.

SRM: It helps us digitize our supplier assessments, development plans and streamline our performance reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
