Another feature that made me like this product was the consistency of software updates which is a feature that improved my experience with this product because in a short space of time most of my problems within this product including bugs and lags were solved through these updates. More so I liked that the developers have a platform that they use to listen to feedback from clients and use all that feedback to improve the product through updates. I also liked that Jaggaer provided a communication platform between me and the suppliers which were very helpful in making sure I can revise any contracts with my suppliers or approve any proposals instantly. Using this feature improved my organisation image among suppliers because it promoted professionalism to be easily practised in terms of communications. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** The main disadvantage that became the push factor for our departure from using this product was the concern over the security of our data since this product relied on a third-party public cloud for data storage. More so this factor was characterized by occasional slowness at times which was very inconvenient **Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer:** This is a very simplified software and I recommend they use the very best devices in order to counter the ocassional slowness of the product and also to rely on other security features to protect their data. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jaggaer can effectively get rid of manual effort and expenses that can be avoided and those were the main benefits that it provided me within my workflow. More so it is characterized by automation invoicing which is a feature that has provided so much convenience and a drastic reduction in human error which used to be a serious cause for concern in my organisation. ### 11. The top 2 things I would recommend are: 1. On-call and over the email support with fast turn around times. 2. I would say the support team is very reliable. ### 14. For example, I do not have the authority to purchase, however, I can create a "cart" in Jaggaer's dashboard and send it to our budget manager so she can approve it instantly. This takes out the guess work of sending her a shopping list for her to find items on her own. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** This platform is completely functional and useful, however, it's not the most attractive. The interface is very plain and does not lend itself to any branding outside of our initial logo at the top of the page. The text and colors are not specific to our university to give a sense of comfort when dealing with the platform. All our outside vendors we have contracts with are in jaggaer sciquest with a simple punch out feature to get our discounts. It also is our PO system that effectively organized purchases. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** Some processes are repetitive. For example, you can enter new vendor info in the check request form or click on a separate link on the homepage. The inventory is huge and we are able to negotiate special prices that make everything very cost-efficient. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** I find the interface for this tool very confusing to use. There are so many ways to screw up an order--assigning it to someone instead of issuing a requisition, for example. It just doesn't feel user-friendly. I don't care for the search function much, either. It's hard to sort and filter through all of the results to find exactly what you're looking for. Using online ordering is so much easier than spending time at different stores looking for what you need, plus this way I can have it direct billed to my employer instead of paying out of pocket and requesting reimbursement. ### 32. Ability to become a one stop shop both internally and externally. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** Limited recommendations and tips on initial launch. The fact that the system is so customizable is both a blessing and a curse - we learned the hard way. If given a chance to start over, we certainly would and would take the time to meet with P4T customers who have already learned from their mistakes in the areas we were beginning to tackle. **Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer:** Know what you want before asking for P4T to provide it. Collaborate! Learn from other's mistakes. Do not customize where you do not need to. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supplier data retention, document storage, RFQ distribution and quote retrieval, scorecard, eauction, and contract management. ### 33. Eliminates a lot of back and forth emails. Process workflow of tickets is clearly and logically set up. Immediate access to vendor information. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** Reassigning tickets can take really long time if you have a long list of PQ's or SC's to reassign. Batch reassignment would be a useful addition to have. Reporting could be improved. There were a few bugs in the reports that we run. Would be great to have variety in the types of reports that can be run. Should be able to run reports for all vendor information not just PO's and Invoices. **Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer:** Understand what your business requires from a systems stand point and then determine whether Pool4Tool is the right solution. Think with business processes in mind as the system is customizable and flexible. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking an tracing payments for the various vendors. It has improved visibility on spending. ### 34. Offering streamlined eProcurement, I can manage my sales orders with efficiency and confidence. I often work within the SciQuest platform for quote requests and the process is simple. My favorite aspect of SciQuest is the ability to manage my punch-outs with ease in a very quick manner. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** The only problem I have with SciQuest (and this may be a problem with my company) is the occasional miscommunication between customer pricing on SciQuest and actual sales costs. I have had to go back and remedy a few orders because incorrect pricing was shown to the end user. Somewhat trivial but it has happened. **Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer:** I would only recommend that users keep an eye on orders or at don't be surprised by the occasional mismatch between what the customer sees and what you expect them to see. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am interested in solving the issues that arise between customer and sales side for a very large catalog. It's not always intuitive, but you can eventually find what you need. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ordering supplies and other needed items for the Center for Service Learning at Western Carolina University. I've benefited from the quick turnaround on Staples orders and the easy navigation of the Staples store. ### 36. MHUS experience with P4T **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2016 **What do you like best about Jaggaer?** Their responsiveness and support for All of your needs as it pertains to sending nd receiving rfqs, cost breakdowns, and in maintaining up pliers contact data. **What do you dislike about Jaggaer?** Well, there are no firm dislikes but rather opportunities for improvement on the flexibility to login onour end to help the holier or to see their live screens when they are experiencing issues with submitting rfqs or registering as a vendor. **Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer:** I would recommend that suppliers and customers get on board as this database can export usage, vendor ratings, quality certifications, environmental certifications, and many more lists and documents in one central place. **What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solved my the delays and historical dat issue by using Pool4Tool. All of this information is exchanged within minutes and the data is stored and can be exported anytime.
