What do you like best about Jackrabbit Class?

It's one of the my personally recommend softwares where a person can learn whatever they learns in offline classes like swimming , gymnastics , dance etc. This software has the accuracy of tracking whatever the students and what not. The aim is to deliver for what they payed, and not just an ordinary course but to make a student good enough so he/she can teach others for that. I have enrolled for swimming class, though I know swimming, but in JackRabbit Classes they taught this very practically. At last I would like to suggest this software for the freshmen and women who wish to pursue there dreams in some sports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jackrabbit Class?

I like the calendar view for viewing classes, registering new families, adding existing families to class and the schedule builder for classes are all my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Jackrabbit is kind of an all-in-one platform. It allows you to have the families in our company, what level they are at, and all of their billing information. I think the only thing I dislike is sometimes when you do a search you have to make sure it is specific, so you only get exactly what you want to be printed. So, you have to be careful when printing schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many times, Jackrabbit will have updates that are unnecessary for our business. They may sometimes be little tweaks, or big changes that we dont always need as a business. The biggest change we have seen as a company using Jackrabbit is the ability to go live and online. Our customers can now sign their child up for a gymnastics class, camp, birthday party, special event, etc. all through their own portal on Jackrabbit. The biggest benefit we have seen is customer service because of this. In the past, we would have to take sensitive and personal information over the phone which was very tedious, time consuming, and dangerous. Now, customers have the ability to create their own portal and input all their information without having to contact us. This has saved us many headaches and time!
