I can rely on JJK staff to answer questions or provide information quickly. Datasense is a great tool and if there's questions or issues with Datasense I get answers timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?

Occasionally I've had issues with Datasense (primarily uploader) or there's been audit items that were incorrect. However, when I've brought the issues up they typically are solved fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely consider looking into what services JJK can provide depending on your business needs. I feel like JJK has a wide array and various levels of services so you aren't paying for things you don't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?

Not sure what the best part is, I am still learning to use some of the features available as we are just tuning it up and getting it more involved with our daily processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?

The UI is pretty bad, it's a lot of jumble and I do not like the way it makes take you back to a main page constantly instead of the last page you were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
