I like how simple the ticketing system actually is.

Easy access to the ticketing queue and accessing customers information

**What do you like best about iVUE AppSuite?**

iVue AppSuite has been such an easy and seamless transition, very user friendly with little learning curve. The implementation was very straightforward and the number of features has really met out needs.  It has integrated with our day to day workflow with no problems.

**What do you dislike about iVUE AppSuite?**

We were anticipating the transition to be much more difficult but to our surprise we have found it to be easy for all involved, can't really think of anything bad to say about it.

**What problems is iVUE AppSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of tracking to day to day operations and customer accounts.

**What do you like best about iVUE AppSuite?**

you get the job done of billing and account management and it is relatively quick and responsive.  The app is also written in Java, so it is platform independent.  We can use it on nearly any platform.

**What do you dislike about iVUE AppSuite?**

iVue seems to be designed for a primarily residential customer base.  Each customer having a small number of simple services and then cloning the small customer across thousands of accounts.  When you have a large business customer with complex accounts and a lot of individual services, it gets bogged down and it's difficult to effectively describe in billing.

**Recommendations to others considering iVUE AppSuite:**

If you're stuck in a DOS or other unsupported billing software, go ahead and pull the trigger.  The vendor is very accommodating for on boarding, but if you have slightly complicated services to describe in billing, keep shopping.  there has GOT to be a better software out there for your application.  It's adequate but it isn't good and it is very frustrating to use.

**What problems is iVUE AppSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've consolidated our billing to a single platform, from using 4 or 5 disparate applications, we now use a single one.  That allows any employee to talk about billing with any other employee or customer and reduces the training burden. It also modernized us as all of our previous softwares were extremely old and clunky.
