itel Reviews & Product Details

itel is a claims estimating solution that helps property and casualty insurance adjusters determine building material pricing and repair-versus-replace decisions during property claims settlement. When an adjuster is evaluating a property damage claim involving roofing, siding, flooring, or cabinetry, itel provides guaranteed, localized material pricing and analysis on whether the damaged item can be repaired or requires full replacement. This information is delivered directly into the adjuster's existing estimating platform, rather than requiring the adjuster to reference pricing or repair-versus-replace guidance from a separate system. itel is designed specifically for property and casualty insurance claims workflows and is used by adjusters, carriers, contractors, and third-party administrators handling property claims. itel is used across claims handled for roofing, siding, flooring, and cabinetry damage, supporting adjusters and carriers in reaching a documented, defensible settlement figure without independently sourcing material pricing or repair guidance for each claim.
