**What do you like best about iSmart?**

I like iSmart's instant delivery and easy redemption, especially for last-minute gifting as gift cards can be redeemed easily at Reliance Smart stores. The savings aspect is appealing with discounts or cashback on certain platforms. Flexibility is a big plus, with gift cards having a one-year validity, allowing me to shop at my convenience. The rewards system where I earn e-coins that can be converted into savings is quite beneficial. These features make my shopping experience not only convenient but also rewarding.

**What do you dislike about iSmart?**

There are a few things in iSmart that could be better: - Cashier awareness: At some stores, cashiers are not very familiar with the gift cards, which makes redemption a bit tricky. - Limited acceptance: Not all online platforms or stores accept iSmart gift cards. - Digital platform: The iSmart mobile app and website could be more user-friendly. - Rewards value: The use of E-Coins is a bit unclear and could be made more understandable. Working on these aspects could make iSmart even better! 😊

**What problems is iSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find iSmart gift cards enhance my shopping with a wide range of categories, instant delivery, easy redemption at Reliance Smart stores, and earning E-Coins for savings. The flexibility and additional discounts make my shopping experience seamless and rewarding.
