Our BOT is integrated with most popular messaging apps like Slack and MS Teams, and Applicant Tracking Software like Lever. We do the following: 1) Create bias-free job descriptions and talent marketing communications. 2) Create toxicity and bias-free internal chat. [How does it work?] Like how Grammarly helps with Grammar, ishield.ai app provides real-time assistance for creating inclusive text, images or video content. We do this by: 1) Eliminating unconscious bias towards gender, race, disability, culture etc. 2) Provide recommendations on how to make the content more representative of the target audience. This assistance is provided inside the enterprise software employees use for creating job listings, career site copy, candidate emails, marketing copy or employee chat.

What do you dislike about ishield.ai?

no downsides really - I know its a limitation on the bots framework, but if I could get a private reply/comment on my message instead of separate message, it can be quicker / easier for me to act on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ishield.ai" uses AI to make you aware of unconscious bias and toxicity in your content and simultaneously provides you recommendations for writing inclusive content.
