Isabella Reviews & Product Details

Isabella is an AI-powered review management solution that helps restaurants respond to online customer reviews in their own brand voice. Built into the Dine Replies platform, Isabella reads incoming reviews across a restaurant's connected review sites, drafts contextual replies that match the business's tone and personality, and, where platform rules allow, automatically publishes them. Isabella will do just that. Isabella is designed for independent restaurants, multi-location groups, and hospitality operators who receive a steady stream of public reviews but lack the time or staff to respond to each one. The software addresses a common operational gap: reviews that go unanswered for days or weeks, including the critical and mid-range ratings that most influence a prospective diner's decision. The platform connects to a restaurant's review profiles and presents them in a single dashboard, so owners and managers can monitor sentiment, track response status, and oversee replies without logging into each individual site. Autopilot publishing is currently available for Google, with support for additional platforms in development; on other connected channels, Isabella generates draft replies for human review and approval. Key features and capabilities include: Brand-voice responses: Isabella generates replies tailored to each restaurant's tone, rather than generic templated text, so responses read as if written by the business itself. Multi-platform dashboard: A unified view consolidates reviews from 48+ integrated sources, including Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Trustpilot. Google autopilot: For Google reviews, responses can be published automatically without manual intervention, reducing the lag between when a review is posted and when it receives a reply. Negative-review alerts: Email and in-app notifications flag low-rated or critical reviews, allowing owners to address service issues directly when human attention is warranted. Approval workflow: On platforms where automatic publishing is restricted, Isabella drafts responses that staff can edit and approve, keeping a human in the loop where required. By centralizing review monitoring and automating routine responses, Isabella aims to help restaurants maintain a consistent public presence, reduce the volume of unanswered reviews, and preserve owner and staff time that would otherwise be spent on manual replies. The Premium plan is priced at $99 per month. (Isabella supports 50+ languages)
