I really like the centralized management feature of IRONSCALES, which makes it easier for us to manage email security across different partner tenants. The platform is genuinely easy to use on a daily basis. The AI threat detection is quite impressive as it works well in catching threats that other software we've used in the past have missed. The automation provided by IRONSCALES has been a huge time-saver, reducing the hours we spend each week on manually reviewing emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with much of the platform working right out of the box. I love that IRONSCALES is an incredibly powerful tool that organizes all my company's emails, protecting us against phishing, spam, or identity theft strategies. The tool effectively adapts to all new technologies used by attackers, ensuring continuous protection. I greatly value its ability to verify email header information and the fact that it is supported by an active user community, which allows for efficient reporting of suspicious or problematic emails. This is reflected in a faster and more effective response to incidents through its AI (Themis). Additionally, IRONSCALES is complementary to Office 365, enhancing email security and training for internal users. The initial setup is very intuitive and is appreciated by my technical team for the support in data management. Without a doubt, IRONSCALES is a product I would confidently recommend, which is reflected in giving it a rating of 10 in terms of likelihood of recommendation.
