I use for personal and professional Slack channels. It's preatty ease to install and to implement. I use very offen since It's my default Poll application for my company slack channels.To integrate it's very simple and straith forward. I never used the customer support, but for the profissionality of the application, they should correspond to this. **What do you dislike about iPoll?** They are limited to slack and web. they should have integration to others applications. E **What problems is iPoll solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use specially in some presentation to interact with the team, asking for additional suggestions related to a specific functionality or related to a new feature. Since the interation is very simple and integrated, for us it makes just a perfect solution for this purpose. ### 4.
