**What do you like best about IPCop Firewall?**

simple configuration and management via interface. Granular control of feature set is ideal for multi facet web traffic installation

**What do you dislike about IPCop Firewall?**

Open source products are only as good as their current doc. IPCop has been solid thus far in this area as we get it up and running in sandbox currently

**Recommendations to others considering IPCop Firewall:**

Be an advocate for open source solutions. IPCop provides solid solutions with granular conrol and management

**What problems is IPCop Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Granular management of web traffic and port access are key points.

**What do you like best about IPCop Firewall?**

It gives me a stable distribution of Linux Firewall. In addition to being highly configurable, it allows me to manage my network traffic, I use it mainly to block illegal traffic to some pages of social networks.
other of its qualities that I like is that each interface that recognizes it assigns a color for a greater administration

**What do you dislike about IPCop Firewall?**

it is a bit tedious to configure since you can adapt it to what you need, you need to create your own rules since there is no rule loaded by default, and it requires a lot of configuration time.

**Recommendations to others considering IPCop Firewall:**

I recommend it because IPCop offers a wide range of technical features that will help us in a positive way to have a better administration of our network.

**What problems is IPCop Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use one of my small local networks to prevent network users from visiting pages that distract them like Facebook and have a record of which machines are used for such attempts.
