They do everything I need and support is amazing. I even had one time where I had a wordpress install corrupt on me after putting a ton of work into it and before setting up the backup. They were able to send me a previous restore point and fixed everything in minutes. I can not say enough good about this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very little to dislike. I would like an easy way to swap my US account to the Canadian site. The Canadian site did not exist when I started with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've always recommend 1 & 1 domains for buying domains and certificates, they have brilliant customer service and really go the extra mile to help you out, they have world class customer service. all of the menus are clearly lay'd out and most of the areas where you can link it up with office365 just require you to sign into your 1 & 1 account it couldn't be easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing, it does everything you need to do and everything is in one place and they usually have brilliant sign up offers to go with it. it took less than an hour to get the old companies new website up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free privacy protection was offered to me when I bought/registered a domain, and the domain name was still very cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I had some issues with my domain forwarding and integration with a different hosting service, I contacted support via email, and they were truly eager to help and asked me to call their phone number for easy resolution. However, the one I spoke with online seemed not to be a native English speaker, and I ended up wasting more than 10 minutes of international call credits and achieved nothing. IONOS is a one stop-shop for any Internet user. You may purchase a domain, choose your hosting package, get email services and secure everything with SSL, while using Office apps. I love the fact that a Cloud Server can be deployed within seconds. Their support is simply amazing be it via phone or email: they will not hesitate to go the extra-mile and access your server (prior authorization) for any troubleshooting. Their pricing is the thing that I love the most. They have the lowest pricing on the market at this moment. They also offer free trial credits up to $100 or 1 month free for their Cloud Server packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple contracts are charged all at once. I would really appreciate that billing is separate for each. KYC verification, for new customers, sometimes takes too long (1-3 days). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
