When it comes to working with most hosting accounts, there is usually going to be a time when we run into problems that are either related to our website files or the configuration of items in our hosting account or DNS manager. Lots of other web hosts won't usually say much about our website files and programming issues, but 1&1 does occasionally have staff that can help find issues with our programming that can affect the effectiveness of their hosting servers. The web development features are somewhat limited. They don't have the highest quality DIY web builders that let us drag and move various object and content windows around. We can use the plan for WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. We can also buy lots of supplement products like SSL certificates, premium accounts and domain names to help advance our developmental efforts. Our websites are mostly online and available for our visitors to see. I mainly like this service because it has everything you need for a professional web page in one place, Hosting service without bandwidth limit, domain purchase, management of multiple domains in one account, email with the domain name, Each email with your inbox independent of each other. The redirection of a domain to a different web page is fast, DNS services are fast and stable. IONOS blocked my user account for no reason, I wanted to log in to my account and it had everything blocked, I could not receive or send email from the IONOS platform, databases without access, they told me that I had to phone technical support but without support in Spanish, email support is slow and I cannot solve my problem, you have to evaluate this problem. I like that 1&1 is a fairly large company that has a pretty big support staff and many different servers for its customers to use. I think the 1&1 account portal is simple enough to use and gives us control over many of the common hosting management activities involved with our accounts. What do you dislike about IONOS 1&1 Domains and hosting? Some of the renewal prices go up quite a bit after the first term on items. I also don't really like how 1&1 automatically renews products by default. I remember when some of our product renewals were coming up, we got an email notice with the new pricing and I was so surprised at how high the prices were compared to when we registered them. Of course, you may have to jump through hoops to get a hold a certain departments at times, but it's great that they have the assistance available there for you if you should run into any problems. We can also register domains and add many types of common service extensions such as SSL certificates and premium email accounts. This service is the best I have achieved on the Internet, it offers excellent service plans, I like the ability to handle all domains, email and hosting service from its website, with an easy control panel. Email is what I like most, when hiring a domain I have email service to use immediately, sent and receive email from the IONOS webmail, all very easy and fast, to not always open IONOS I use a synchronization program email, so I have everything synchronized on the PC, just put the IMAP / SMTP address and voila. When hiring IONOS gives you options to create your website or install a WordPress blog, it is very easy for those who have no experience in creating web pages. During my whole life, I have been using multiple Host Services when I see this change on 1&1 I got scared because I really love it as is and was a little bit worried about the migration process or the possible of losing information, who knows what could happen!. Nowadays I'm still surprised because all my data stay untouchable, the service not only changes his face the performance improves, the attention it's even better, competitive prices and the reliable service to which you were accustomed. They have a great WebMail Client so you can access anytime anywhere with a responsive design that works perfect on mobiles and if you need more space they can bring you more if needed. This is not a dislike as could sound, I have a little issue with an email overquoted and I have to pay an additional amount to get more space, up to this point all right but my credit card expires and the charge of the email additional space didn't pass and all the account was blocked even the regular email current in payment. I add the new credit card and have to call the support center to get the things working again, by the way, they have a great customer service center so don't feel overwhelmed when you have an issue.
