I really liked them years ago. They had very good customer service, but that has changed over the past couple of years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about IONOS 1&1 Domains and hosting? I was a long-term customer 10+ years. They had problems processing the payment for two domains ($15). They sent one email that went to spam. They said their email delivery is not their problem. They sent no snail mail, no phone call, nothing. They immediately sent me to collections for $15 after I had literally spent thousands with them. I paid the collection company with the same payment method that Ionos said they couldn't process. Now they said that it will take three days or so before my domains (email and websites) can be reactivated and there's nothing they can do. The Customer Service supervisor refused to get on the phone with me. I used to refer them for hosting, but no more. Do not use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I love how easy it is to get a website up and running with ionos plus the hosting is seamlessly easy! I have been with IONOS for just over a year now, and so far, I haven't faced any issues. The customer service team has helped resolve any problems quickly, and they're always available. All my services are with IONOS currently; however, the only thing which I am missing is a dedicated server. I feel that their servers are pretty high compared to other sites (Namecheap). There is nothing at all that I liked about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about IONOS 1&1 Domains and hosting? After 20 years they gave away my domains! I have 30 domains with ionos and have been with them for over 20 years. For some reason they could not collect a payment for one of the invoices and they cancelled my domains which were then taken. I like this website because it is an easy way to use. It helped for the online marketing with more profits. I think that it is better other providers. I also a web developer and I suggested IONOS for the projects that i did to my clients and they also are happy to use it. IONOS is perfect for the company and individual, it has many options on its website, I can hire hosting, email and domain service, it has everything necessary to set up your professional website. When I buy a domain I can put it on sale with personalized IONOS information. Hosting has many functions, you configure everything from a panel with all the necessary functions, you do not need to be an expert to configure, but if you need help IONOS support works well. I use PayPal as a payment platform for Internet services, IONOS monthly discounts my PayPal services, when I make a complaint to IONOS they solve the problem quickly. I like the professional look and feel of the site. I used to be a 1on1.com customer and I like that they have created better deals and packages. I am interested in trying their vps hosting next. They have some unlimited features now on their basic packages. I paid $1 and I got a domain and webhosting package. That is unbeatable. Well the package that I have which is a Managed Wordpress package. I shouldn't have chose that because I wanted to be able to use Joomla and maybe woo commerce on some subdomains. He has been getting bad press for almost 20years so I've created a website that's in his favor. I'm also solving an issue with biased mainstream platforms like youtube, google, twitter sites which all come from Google Servers. I like IONOS because of the graphical interface, it's nice and with the user control I control everything I need, my domains, corporate email, hosting, WordPress. IONOS has everything on a single platform at a low cost, I have used other platforms and I stay with IONOS for the ease, stability and security of the system.
