We used the service for more than a year and only had problems with them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In overall, very bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to configure. Customer support is also the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Had to verify the account every time when logging in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They offer the best hosting and domain solution at very affordable and cheap rates. They offer to host with free domain registration at only $6 for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I dislike about the company is its limited payment methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They provide the best hosting and Domain solutions. To check their services, they provide you with a free domain and hosting for only 6$ for the first year, which you can cancel later if you don't like their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They provide everything that you need for your e-commerce business. The only thing I don't like is their Payment System, Which can be made better to allow using of debit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The affordability. Ionos is one of the cheapest website hosts I know of and you get a decent amount of web space for what you pay for. You also have a 'personal consultant' with Ionos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How complicated they make building a website from the start of the purchase of a domain. They do not make the sign up simple (especially if you just want a normal Wordpress site) and upsell everything at every opportunity. The support is ok, but you can only email unless you want a call back between 10pm and 5.30am in Australia. Their support number does NOT work in Australia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up is simple and getting started Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Almost everything about IONOS has been horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IONOS has a decent-looking user interface, and the standard domain tools are easy to use. They specifically make subdomains easier than most registrars with an option to click and add one rather than doing it via DNS only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IONOS is very slow compared to premier domain registrars, such as GoDaddy. In addition, the customer support at IONOS is average, at best. The DNS propagation is also much slower than GoDaddy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intro plan was extremely competitively priced. The best option I thought, was being able to login to my WordPress admin panel from the Ionos dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They constantly reached out to upsell additional services that weren't needed. They wanted to sell things like SEO services and consultations and were pretty pushy about it. They are a vendor that starts with a good intro price and significantly increases your fee the next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. They are a predatory company with deceptive practices that take advantage of people by making things overly complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IONOS engages in deceptive and predatory business practices in terms of transparency for cancellation and billing. They have billed me for things that I didn't request or sign up for, and when I found another provider, they billed me for another year, because they didn't send out a renewal notice, nor did they indicate that contract cancellation was required. You're better to work with a company you can trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
