There is nothing best in this company. They have proved their are by far the worst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far the worst and pathetic hosting provider. They send you email that they are doing a scheduled maintenance and once done *Boom* your data is lost.

1) They take more than 24 hours time for maintenance.

2) They say that they hardware failed and your data is lost and they cannot recover it.

I would request new customers DO NOT BUY their service. Their customer support is horrendious. Their attitude is rude and they simple do not care.

For those who are using their service please beware, your data might be lost at any point of time. When they tell you they are going for maintenance, do take all the backups of your site because they do not know how to do their jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Primary reason for leaving has been poor support with iozoom. A recent ticket with removing RBL was never properly addressed. Also paid for managed maintenance and mysql was outdated and other patches were never installed unless I installed. And last but not least is vps went down multiple times per month. We use uptime.com and got down notifications regularly. The IP's we inherited were on every email black list imaginable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service with IO Zoom is amazing. When I was hosting my wordpress websites and had to transfer them to IO Zoom, they made sure the process was seamless and simple. Further, they made sure my sites did not go down in the process which was a must for me. Definitely the best hosting company out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price is perhaps the only thing I wish was cheaper. Compared to other hosting services, IO Zoom has a similar price point, so it isn't particularly steep, I just would love it even more if it was also cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IO Zoom has been amazing to work with. I switched to them from a different VPS provider and the quality of the service has been exponentially better. The VPS server performs better, there are more add-ons and options available through IO Zoom making it a "one-stop-shop" for all of my important licensing, and the stability has been phenomenal.

Most importantly, their support has been the best I've ever worked with from a hosting provider. I've been able to chat with a support rep any time I've been working on my system and had questions--most often after-hours and on weekends. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

IO Zoom rocks because they offer stable services. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Their servers are state-of-the-art, and support staff is outstanding. No telephone or chat support is available as far as I know, but trust me you won't need it. These guys know why you won't need it. Their response rate is incredibly fast to their ticket system. No promotions and no freebies, but do not expect higher costs or surprises later on. IO Zoom will NOT lock you in because they know that you will like to stay. I have used a lot of hosts the last several years and none of them compare to iozoom. Their products, support and prices are amazing. Not only that, but they are completely upfront with their prices and do not have a low introductory price and charge more when you renew… which to me is a great indicator of honesty and integrity.
