Plans start at $5 per month for 1 GB RAM, 25 GB SSD, 1000 GB Bandwidth, and 10 Gbps DDoS Protection. Perfect for web developers, online marketers, startup hosts, and small businesses. ## IO Zoom Reviews ### 1. Worst and pathetic service. They have proved their are by far the worst. **What do you dislike about IO Zoom?** By far the worst and pathetic hosting provider. They send you email that they are doing a scheduled maintenance and once done *Boom* your data is lost. 1) They take more than 24 hours time for maintenance. 2) They say that they hardware failed and your data is lost and they cannot recover it. I would request new customers DO NOT BUY their service. Their customer support is horrendious. Their attitude is rude and they simple do not care. For those who are using their service please beware, your data might be lost at any point of time. When they tell you they are going for maintenance, do take all the backups of your site because they do not know how to do their jobs. **What problems is IO Zoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** They denied to solve the issue. No benefits at all. ### 2. A recent ticket with removing RBL was never properly addressed. Also paid for managed maintenance and mysql was outdated and other patches were never installed unless I installed. And last but not least is vps went down multiple times per month. We use uptime.com and got down notifications regularly. The IP's we inherited were on every email black list imaginable. **Recommendations to others considering IO Zoom:** Support is lacking so stay away. The IP addesses that we inherited were on every RBL you could imagine. It took us months to remove from them because there were so many. When I was hosting my wordpress websites and had to transfer them to IO Zoom, they made sure the process was seamless and simple. Further, they made sure my sites did not go down in the process which was a must for me. Definitely the best hosting company out there. **What do you dislike about IO Zoom?** The price is perhaps the only thing I wish was cheaper. Compared to other hosting services, IO Zoom has a similar price point, so it isn't particularly steep, I just would love it even more if it was also cheaper. **Recommendations to others considering IO Zoom:** I recommend IO Zoom to everyone and anyone who has hosting needs. This is the best hosting service I have found thus far and I wish I had found this sooner. **What problems is IO Zoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use IO Zoom to host multiple of my wordpress websites. The biggest benefit is the reliability. I can go ahead knowing that my websites will be hosted properly. ### 4. I switched to them from a different VPS provider and the quality of the service has been exponentially better. The VPS server performs better, there are more add-ons and options available through IO Zoom making it a "one-stop-shop" for all of my important licensing, and the stability has been phenomenal. Most importantly, their support has been the best I've ever worked with from a hosting provider. I've been able to chat with a support rep any time I've been working on my system and had questions--most often after-hours and on weekends. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. FULL DISCLOSURE: I was offered a one-month discount for writing a review, however I was not coached with what to say and these words reflect how I truly feel about the company. **What do you dislike about IO Zoom?** Do I really need to dislike something? Um... I dislike that it's not free? How dare they want to make money! **Recommendations to others considering IO Zoom:** Get all the features. Use CloudLinux, get the security, get the WordPress VPS for speed, and consider WHMCS for billing. **What problems is IO Zoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** They've resolved issues I didn't even know I had. My hosting platform is significantly more stable, and they've even helped me to build an entire platform! ### 5. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Their servers are state-of-the-art, and support staff is outstanding. No telephone or chat support is available as far as I know, but trust me you won't need it. These guys know why you won't need it. Their response rate is incredibly fast to their ticket system. No promotions and no freebies, but do not expect higher costs or surprises later on. IO Zoom will NOT lock you in because they know that you will like to stay. **What do you dislike about IO Zoom?** Prices could be improved larger plans for loyal customers but no complaints :-) **Recommendations to others considering IO Zoom:** If you are looking for a cheap deal and promotions, IO Zoom is not for you. Their products, support and prices are amazing. Not only that, but they are completely upfront with their prices and do not have a low introductory price and charge more when you renew… which to me is a great indicator of honesty and integrity. We will be using them for years to come and will be referring everyone to them. They are legendary. The quality of service is great. I used their Windows VPS service, and every time i had a problem, The support team was there 10 minutes later to solve the issue.
