It's simpler to use and the price is lower than its competition. Inverbis team is really helpful and some new functionalities have been added to the platform at our request. **What do you dislike about InVerbis Analytics?** The only functionality I've missed is not being able to subtract free time (weekends and nights) from duration measures. At the time of the project, this was in their roadmap but not available. **What problems is InVerbis Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me discover how a process works from the data it generates, and identify possible optimizations and bottlenecks, enabling an improvement project to start. ### 2. The platform is realy easy to use, the support is really good. The platform show us what is going on the process in real time. The platform is always updating and they add new features really quickly. **What do you dislike about InVerbis Analytics?** It is difficult to collect the data but they have a lot of solutions to achive this. At the begining they didnt has the logs activated but they solved and now you will know if the data is not in the right format. **What problems is InVerbis Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is another view about the metrics. The solution is show us what is happen in real time. They show how the process runs and detect bottlenecks, series, scenarios and open your mind on how your process really works. ### 3. They were super helpful. Inverbis works more than fine, it is easy to use, it is straightforward to use and thanks to the integrations you get insights in a short period of time. All the visualizations and filters worked together easily **What do you dislike about InVerbis Analytics?** More integrations (for my specific case was ok, but for different projects could be interesting). It is more like an analysis tool: I think this could be more useful to directly implement improvements and automations.. **What problems is InVerbis Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main project we were working on was a commercial process that needed optimization. Inverbis is very helpful to see what the real execution is, so you can find things to improve easily. We also started working with ticketing and helpdesk stuff. ### 4. The great decks full of perfect processes are very beautiful, but reality sometimes -usually- is darker. With Inverbis we took a look beyond the perfection of BPMN. To get results (economic results) is more than feasible: you find opportunities to improve quite fast. **What do you dislike about InVerbis Analytics?** You need to invest management time and to have a real interest in improve things in your company. Inverbis is the people in the backstage: a really committed team, always willing to help with passion and dedication The platform itself is nice, quite intuitive, with all the basic stuff solved, and with some advanced features that can help you to discover opportunities to improve. **What do you dislike about InVerbis Analytics?** Inverbis is easy to use, but as a user, there is an obvious learning curve that you have to go through. The main difficulty lies actually in the data: when you start working deeply in process optimization you need to use different systems and platforms, combine different datasets and connectors. The interface is only in English for the time being (not a big problem) Process mining has some barriers to start (that’s not specific for Inverbis).
