There is so much to use to target candidates. **What do you dislike about Invenias by Bullhorn?** When I talk with people it's difficult to use all the features because there are so many drop downs and dropdowns of dropdowns. **What problems is Invenias by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The database. Our old one was difficult to find people and use efficiently. ### 2. Our origina sales executive has been great and is still with the company. **What do you dislike about Invenias by Bullhorn?** The interface is plagued by friction in every step. Adding people to the databse is extreemly time consuming. The only solution is to pay to customize or pay for a third party helper interface. The report writing is pedestrian at best. Again, the solution is to pay to fix it. The customer service has always been slow and cumbersome. Our team wont use the tool. It is too time consuming. There are several other cutting-edge AI and machine learning packages that cost less and do more. **What problems is Invenias by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is essentially a repository of resumes. ### 3. Almost no integrations available. UI close to unacceptable. Tons of features - but never the features you actually need. **What problems is Invenias by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really. ### 4. Useful tool but SO slow **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Invenias by Bullhorn?** We use Invenias as a database for recruiting, it's a useful space to store a variety of details about candidates and allows us to keep track of candidates conversations etc and longlists up to date vs keeping them on excel where you need to manually update any moves etc **What do you dislike about Invenias by Bullhorn?** Invenias is INCREDIBLY slow. It shouldn't take 3 seconds to react to a click on a comment box after amending someone's progress status. This is pretty appalling given the technology available In addition, you can download a list of details onto excel into a longlist of candidates, but you can't bulk upload them into them system directly into an assignment file. The only upload you can do is bulk adding candidate to the system which whilst useful is not a major requirement of what we would need the system to do **What problems is Invenias by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** System allows us to have a more centralised database to offers access to candidates and information by all team members. ### 5. Would not recommend Invenias **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Benedict B. | Senior Consultant, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2019 **What do you like best about Invenias by Bullhorn?** Invenias integrates closely with your email client (in our case it was outlook/office 365) and I think that closer integration with email, a tool that all recruiters use A LOT, is something that should be focussed on more by other companies in this space. That said, I cannot recommend Invenias as my experience with it was painful. **What do you dislike about Invenias by Bullhorn?** I found Invenias to be ugly and dated looking, lacking functionality in comparison to almost every other ATS we have used, including Profile RPM by Microdec, which is also ugly and dated looking! Effectively Invenias is a widget for your email client that sits in a bar on the right hand side taking up valuable screen space and trying to be helpful along the recruitment process whilst failing miserably at doing that which it promises.
