**Describe the project or task Intrepid helped with:**

I love that the Intrepid designers wear multiple hats - meaning, they dont separate rolls into UI and UX buckets because they tackle problems from all angles. Product design is way more than making pretty digital interfaces, and they really follow by this. The teams are super friendly, creative and professional.

**What do you like best about Intrepid?**

Again, people is everything to me. If you don't like who you work with then it makes the experience really bad. All of my clients have really enjoyed working with the Intrepid teams. They design and develop products that work in the present, but also future-proofed for long term roadmaps.

**What do you dislike about Intrepid?**

They are a group sector and small group and they really need to expand and gain more resources. Sometime when I do business development and create SOWs, the Intrepid team resources are limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Intrepid:**

I would 100% go for Intepid. Everyone is so fun, cool and wicked creative.

**What problems is Intrepid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help with improving user experience, improve and create interface sign and they help with product thinking. When I say product thinking, I mean product to market, product strategy, product development and feature prioritization.
