I like that Intralinks VDRPro is an easy to use intuitive platform that is highly configurable with good security. The configurability is crucial for us because we have a lot of users and need to set things up in different ways for different parties accessing the information. It's highly critical to be able to configure uniquely for each specific user. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was also due to its high configurability.
