InterviewClip Reviews & Product Details

InterviewClip is one-way video interview software for hiring teams drowning in phone screens. Build a question bank once, create a job, and invite candidates with a secure link. There is no scheduling and no candidate account: they open the link and record in the browser on any device, laptop or phone. Recording is resumable, so a dropped connection never loses a finished answer. Review whenever it suits you. Every answer is transcribed and searchable, so you can read instead of watch. Rating cards let reviewers score against named criteria, and blind review keeps other reviewers' scores hidden until they submit their own, which reduces anchoring. Hiring managers and reviewers see only the jobs they are assigned. Candidates get a device and microphone check, a practice question that is never uploaded, a clear consent step, and a review before they submit. Start free, no credit card.
