Time Tracking options, completion customization on segmented views, reports.

The notification email needs to be more forward and direct. It's hard to find the task comments.

Figure out the modules and work types early on to avoid gaps in data.

**What problems is Intervals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the app universally for a creative agency. Mainly software projects. It offers a universal view of your projects. I really like Intervals however the Business Development team seeks something that they can integrate with their sales CRM. There needs to be a tool in there for sales.

There isn't anything that I dislike, but there are features I do not use.

Just keeping up with a job and who has completed what....Intervals allows us to see steps taken and next steps.

I like that you can log your time with a timer and keep your schedule in check!

It doesn't easily integrate with custom software

We need to keep projects on time and schedule - and I realized that it does help keep your hours in check.

Intervals has a lot of features that are convenient if you know how to use it.

While there are a lot of features that are convenient, you have to throughly dig to find these features and it can take a while to educate others. There is also a lot of repetitive clicking.

Intervals is very intuitive with a lot of power for small businesses.  With little time required, you can be manage a large portion of your business and realize immediate efficiencies..

Time tracking plus creating, managing, and closing tasks is extremely easy.

The API to integrate into other software like Slack or Google Calendar leaves a lot to be desired.

Great software to start out with. If they start adding more methods to use their API, Intervals can be extremely competitive.

The software is very robust and allows for customizations to make it work for your organization.

Sometimes there are too many features and I wish that they could be hidden.

I would definitely suggest trying Intervals out. Their pricing is competitive and it works well for an advertising agency.

This allows us to manage our client and internal projects and keep track of how much time we spend on each project. We have been able to streamline our process, increasing our profit margin.
