What do you like best about Intero Digital?

Nothing. There is no positive aspect to report. The only benefit was terminating quickly enough to avoid wasting money on their incompetence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intero Digital?

Sales bait-and-switch (promised expert, delivered unqualified staff who admitted "I'm not an expert" in writing). Three consecutive failed deliverables. 100% deadline failure rate. President of Paid Media no-showed scheduled meeting without apology. Unauthorized access to our accounts after we explicitly denied access in recorded meeting and after termination. Post-termination dishonesty attempting to reframe for-cause termination as "mutual." Systematic incompetence from sales through delivery through termination. Zero accountability.
