IntentTracker Reviews & Product Details

IntentTracker is a client engagement and purchase intention management platform designed for luxury watch and jewelry retailers. Built with input from Rolex Authorized Retailers, IntentTracker helps stores track customer purchase intentions, manage waitlists and product allocations, prioritize high-intent buyers, and maintain a complete history of client communications. The platform provides automated follow-up workflows, task management, customer insights, and reporting to help sales associates and store managers strengthen client relationships and convert purchase interest into sales. IntentTracker also supports integration with jewelry retail point-of-sale systems such as The EDGE, helping retailers connect customer information with their existing operations.
