IntellCRE is really quick and easy to use. Finding and underwriting real estate investment deals was my main use for it. It only took a few clicks to complete what would have taken me hours of spreadsheet work and study. It is an effective platform for beginner and experienced investors due to its data quality, deal comparison tools, and underwriting automation. The way it combines location-based knowledge with important financial variables to create quicker and more informed investment decisions particularly impressed me. While having many features, IntellCRE might use a few improvements to its advanced financial model changes possibilities.
