Intake Form Pro Reviews & Product Details

Intake Form Pro is legal intake software that streamlines client acquisition from inquiry to signed engagement via a single branded link. It integrates form submission, case review, and contract execution, eliminating separate tools and manual processes. A template library with six practice areas offers pre-built fields for quick use. Each submission creates an AI case brief summarizing the inquiry, categorizing the matter, and identifying urgency or conflicts. The AI Voice Intake Interview lets prospects speak naturally, auto-populating form fields. Built-in e-signature functionality collects legally binding signatures on engagement letters, filed in the system. Features include lead scoring, automated follow-ups, team collaboration tools, and API integration. The platform uses SOC 2-compliant hosting with encrypted data transmission, and AI processing occurs transiently via commercial APIs without using client data for other models.
