Intact does not try to sell you software or services. They work with you to understand if there any problems they can work with you on provide a variety of solutions in the ITSM space. **What do you dislike about Intact Technology?** In working with Intact, we did not find any areas of dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Intact Technology:** Take the time to contact Intact technology and have a discussion about your needs. If they can't help, they will be happy to let you know and most likely provide someone who can. **What problems is Intact Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intact helped solve ticket storming issues and extended MTTR. 85% reduction in tickets and almost as much in MTTR reduction. ### 2. Their team is loaded with talent from top to bottom, and has been able to bridge the gap between outdated legacy systems and the newest, best in class software. They were able to make the switch between technology stacks without impacting the end user, making for a pain free transition. **What do you like best about Intact Technology?** The best aspect of working with Intact was the team itself. Their outcome focused approach made the most complex tasks seem easily obtainable. It's a great feeling knowing you're working with the best. **What do you dislike about Intact Technology?** It's hard to dislike anything about this operation. Intact have proven their ability to execute on an enterprise scale. **What problems is Intact Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intact was able to pull together several best-in-class techologies to provide end-to-end visibility for the first time with our customer. Now that they have seen the potential of the combined technologies, they want to expand much faster than was thought possible. ### 3. From beginning to end, the Intact professionals coached, guided and educated us and our extended customer base; we couldn't succeed without them. **What do you like best about Intact Technology?** I have been in this industry for many years. There is no other software implementation or managed service provider that I have worked with that works smarter or is more committed to their customers. The approach is smart and their people care about what they are doing. They handled our challenges with ease and did everything they said they would without approaching us for another dollar. It is the exact opposite of the rest consulting companies I’ve worked with. **What do you dislike about Intact Technology?** not much to say here; Intact has addressed everything we've required, successfully **What problems is Intact Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Offloading risk, maximizing my impact… makes me look great to have made the choice to work with them ### 4. They're organized, driven, experienced professionals who partner well with our team on every project and communicate effectively throughout. **What do you dislike about Intact Technology?** There's not much to dislike. They delivered a new software implementation with ongoing management and enhancement in a full subscription consumption model. A game-changing approach that provides additional value over time, not the opposite as is typical.
