These days HRMS tools and payroll software are lots available in the market; Insyspay includes those, so to be a tough competitor with them the best, it has to include customization of modules, including employee central as a framed package as per industry convinience so that it could be among the top. **What do you dislike about InSysPay?** Insyspay provides only one language, i.e., English, it couldn't support Arabic, Spanish, French, due to which the recommendation of InSyspay in Mid Countries is significantly less where people look for local languages everywhere if Insyspay could develop languages it could be great **What problems is InSysPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly Budget constraints - Any company with a limited budget can blindly go with Insyspay. The add-on that comes with Insyspay makes the difference when it comes to choosing which HRMS software is the best of all. Even the basic packages will give the company access to control and monitor employee's data, leave, time, reports, and canteen management. **What do you dislike about InSysPay?** We do not have much to dislike with the application as the faults may require more time with the usage of the application. We are currently checking with trial and approval. **Recommendations to others considering InSysPay:** Like every other HRM software, InSysPay does the job which is required, and in addition to that, we have the application with much more add-ons that makes the application a step ahead. Very flexible with customization. The account managers are very responsive and provide immediate support. They also have a cool mobile app as well. **What do you dislike about InSysPay?** Its a little bit pricey I would say. They also do not have any APIs available. I am also not a huge fan of their training management module. **Recommendations to others considering InSysPay:** Good tool for HR management.
