**What do you like best about Insurity?**

I like the tools and features provided to get a resolution to our day-to-day tasks, it's very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Insurity?**

I don't like the glitches and the slowness it might have after an update.

It helps me identify the customer's concern to get to a resolution as fast as possible.

They help automate the import process of files needing to print bulk checks

**What do you like best about Insurity?**

Their customer service is great. They are always willing to help solve issues

**What do you dislike about Insurity?**

Some things can be more automated to help stream line the daily work load

If you want an easy system to store all data and is user friendly then insurity is the system for you.

It stores all data and is easy to look up claims or when a fire district has paid their bill

I like how it provided blanks for all the information that I need to submit. 

**What do you dislike about Insurity?**

The time it took to load the system sometimes it was really slow and there is no other way around it then waiting

It is easy to use and navigate

It shows claims information for people. A benefit is that it shows the claims for each individual.
