It is a good idea to have a snapshot of all the players and stats on each player. You can easily access the videos for each player for all the stats as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are too many errors and inaccuracies with this company, and when the stats are inaccurate, there is little value to them. For example, in two games we had players with 11 - 14 wrong clips of other players included in their stats or their clips included in others' stats. If your stats are based on other players, there is no value to them. They even refused to correct the wrong clips of other players, insisting they are correct because they can't even tell they have the wrong player. Another big issue is how they calculate the stats. According to the definition of a Lost Ball per the Glossary provided by Instat, a Lost Ball is "the last action a in a team's Ball Possession before the possession transition." However, in the actual statistics, Instat will calculate Lost Balls when a player tries to intercept balls from the opponents when the opponents have possession of the ball. That makes the Lost Ball statistic inaccurate. Instat also calculates bad touches, when a player is reaching for a bad pass as an actual Pass, even though the Glossary definition of a pass is "an attempt to transfer a ball from one teammate to another" and there was no attempt to pass, but rather just settle and control the ball. This makes the Pass statistic inaccurate as well. Under the Dribble statistic, if you try to trap and control a ball, Instat will sometimes record it as a Dribble, though there was no intent to dribble. There are just too many inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the statistics for them to be of much value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
