# Running an innovation challenge using InspireIP

My company ran a number of innovation challenges using InspireIP since we've added it to our inventory. We've found them an amazing way to capture ideas focused on particular goals on a large scale. 

I was hoping to discuss some fresh topics we can use for launching innovation challenges. 

If you have any suggestions, let me know!

We've already done - increasing sustainability in the office, improving our office space, ideas for organizing events, etc.
