**What do you like best about InSite?**

InSite is excellent in my line of work for setting up contracts and invoices and managing general information. It helps keep everything organized in the same area.

**What do you dislike about InSite?**

In general, the main issue I face with InSite is maintenance and downtime. Constant updates are going on during working hours, which limits the time the user can work on the platform. The platform also resets after about 10 minutes of inactivity, making it very easy to lose work.

**What problems is InSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InSite is helping us create and maintain a general database for all of our client's contracts, invoices and payments. It has increased productivity by automating processes which were done manually before.
