**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

Many features to choose from that are included with your price. Multiple upgrades to the product are released each quarter and there is good speedy support for any issues if they ever occur. Our company has integrated Insellerate with multiple other systems and it does not have an issue integrating. 

Our company is constantly changing and testing new lead providers and the ability to create new campaigns, groups, routing, status/activities with complete ease is monumental to our success. 

I use Marketing Report and Sales Manager daily. Easy quick look at what is going on with your LOs and marketing.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

As an LO having your whole pipeline displayed with the current lead you are working is not entirely necessay. I would like it to just be the current lead you are working so the page doesn't have to take up a whole screen.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A uniform lead injection from providers. We have our call cadence built within the Intouch feature. Automation on lead status and activity. Data management.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

Coming from a "more corporate" CRM to Insellerate has been a game changer for us.  This is a major change for any mortgage company/call center, but we just didn't feel we were getting any traction with the old corporate CRM we left. They weren't innovating...they hadn't done anything new in 10 years, so it was time for a change.   After getting through the standard system change issues and grumbling from our agents, Insellerate has become a well-liked and widely used asset to the company. We were also able to consolidate features we used from a handful of vendors into one offering from Insellerate, which makes managing the technology stack way more manageable.  I strongly recommend you take a look.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Development requests take a while, but I think that's normal for any system.  They do a great job of communicating their roadmap to their customers so you always know what's coming next.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing leads, post-close marketing with closing gifts, marketing automation emails/SMS, LOS integration for better pipeline management, integration with our dialer

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

For a small company, the price it very doable, especially for the power the system brings.  The ability to load campaigns, and interface with our LOS as well as other systems has proven to be extremely beneficial.  Now our leads can come from branches and be assigned immediately to a Loan Officer to reach out the member right away.  Sometimes, the LO is catching the member right after they just left the branch.  And the power of the digital platform for engagement has been very useful, allowing us to reach more members and non-members in an instant.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

The dialing feature is great and i love that it records the conversation, but an auto dialer for large campaigns would be very helpful.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has organized our Loan Officers so that they can follow up on leads effectively, giving us the best opportunity to service the member.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

First off, the customer service and personal attention are outstanding. I always feel heard, and any support requests are responded to very quickly. But the real draw is the robust CRM functionality. The automation and reporting provide everything we need, and having a mobile app so we can view borrower status updates from a mobile device is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

(Dislike would be a stretch) I love the concept of Agent Connect. I just think it has some kinks to work out. If this feature gets tightened up, you'll be a solid 10.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing contact lists, and automating media deployments so that we stay in contact with our various leads, clients, and real estate agent partners.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

The Insellerate CRM is a must have for Mortgage Professionals and Mortgage Lenders. I've been using Insellerate CRM since its inception. The Insellerate CRM system allows users to Manage their Leads, Nurture your contacts and to Drive sales. The Insellerate CRM is easy to navigate and exremely customizable for your individual needs. The Insellerate Customer Service is also fantastic. Always available and very quick to respond. I highly recommed the Insellerate CRM system for all your lead management needs.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

In this ever changing market it can be difficult to keep up with the changes. I do feel that Insellerate does a great job in adding additional features and upgrades and making improvements to the CRM system to keep up with market and continue to drive sales and keep individuals in front of their clients.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Insellerate CRM System allows for Lead Mangement and continued follow up and nurturing of your client data base. The Insellerate CRM Syatem really is an all in one system.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

I use Insellerate legitimately every day to manage my leads and referral partners. I love how its very simple and organized without all the clutter most CRMs have. Everything you need for leads is all on one page and easy to find. Everything for referrall partners is all on one page with very little clutter. Due to those items its easy to pick up and learn the CRM from scratch since its not all over the place like other CRM's i've used have been. The integrations are great. The referral partner section is a great way to be able to track who is sending you which customers. Its by far one of the better CRM's i've used.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

I dont have much downside with Insellerate. All of the feedback that we have had, Insellerate has reviewed with us on ways to fix or adjust those specific items and they get fixed/adjusted very quickly.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There isn't any issues at hand currently. Insellerate worked with my branch on starting from scratch to a full blown working CRM in an incredibly small amount of time. Due to this there were of course some kinks here and there. Nothing over the top but they were fixed incredibly fast.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

The lead management and report building for our loan originators. The UI is easy to use and organize leads and loans within inflow. As an admin I have built many specific reports that Loan Originators have requested which make it easy for them to log in and run the report. The customer support is always super quick and helpful, they always find a solution even if that means building something for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Very rarely, the system will have latency issues. Usually this does not last more than a couple of hours.

Lead management, report building for LOs, automated marketing, integrations with other tech systems

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

The CRM can do so many things that others cannot.  The team has been amazing as far as helping us customize how we do business and commicate with our partners and clients. It is easy to use.  They system is something we juse on a daily basis and hourly as well.  The integration with Encompass has been seamless.  Implementation of the way we do busienss was great and the team over there helped us tremendously. The customer support team answers your question quickly!

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

The implementation did take a little while but once we set it up things are running smoothly now!

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has really optimized and autmated our follow up system with agents and clients both.  It helps us stay in front of more clients and helps capture and retain more business.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

IMO the best feature in Insellerate is "inFlow".  To manage leads the LO does not need to jump between screens...all lead management on one page reduces wasted time.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Dislike might be too strong of a statement, however we don't pull enough data into Insellerate to run the reports our COO is looking for.  We could pull more data into the system and create these reports, however we deployed a BI platform which aggregates data from multiple systems for reporting.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had our CD team on a lead management platform and Self-Gen team on a marketing automation platform.  The CD team also utilized the marketing automation platform.  Our goal was to consoliate the two systems and Insellerate was the right choice.  We onboarded Insellerate Q4 2019 and have been thrilled with the move.  Of course onboarding has it's challenges, but Insellerates implementation team took the time necessary to map data from multitple systems, help us define our workflows and train our team on all essential elements of the platform. Managing duplicates is so much easier now that we are on one platform.  Lead distribution used to be a train wreck, and now it's simple. The HTML editor added earlier this year was a huge upgrade that I didn't even know we needed...my artists create branded messaging using DreamWeaver, then we copy/paste the html code directly to inTouch.  Writing the triggers for automated messaging became much easier when we moved to Insellerate too.  I could go on and on with the problems we were having.  Now when I hit a road block I meet with my Insellerate team and they help customize a solution.

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

The flexibility of the system allows you to create an organization-specific set of layers of rules statuses and tasks either with or without assistance of internal support. No nickel and dime fees and charges and helpful staff at all levels. they are also the one vendor I have that is CONSISTENTLY rolling out new features tools and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Would like API to be more open, and more robust and flexible reporting options (although that has substantially improved)  and some of UX in their Intouch module could use some refinement.

Strongly recommend – Insellerate has enabled us to monitor and track the lifespan of our leads. Full access to automated text and email, marketing reports, accountability tools for our staff, etc. To top it off, they are integrated with our LOS, allowing for even more efficiency. Exceptional customer support, always there to help and brainstorm creative ways to utilize the CRM platform to its fullest potential!

Insellerate has been diligently building its web phone within the platform. It is still in the beta phase as of now.

**What problems is Insellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to track better which leads are performing and which are not. Ability to analyze the overall lifespan of leads. Helps us hold our staff accountable with complete visibility as to when they are not adequately following up with existing clients.

Insellerate truly excels in several areas, but the standout feature for me is its ability to seamlessly organize and manage our customer contacts. The platform provides a centralized hub where we can store and access all relevant client information, including contact details, loan applications, and communication history. This feature has significantly enhanced our efficiency and productivity, as we no longer waste time searching through scattered records or manually updating spreadsheets. With Insellerate, we can easily track each customer's journey, ensuring personalized and timely interactions.

Furthermore, the lead distribution capabilities of Insellerate are exceptional. The software allows us to efficiently distribute leads among our team members based on various criteria, such as location, expertise, or workload. This ensures that each lead is assigned to the most suitable loan officer, increasing the chances of successful conversions and providing a fair and balanced workload for our team.

While my experience with Insellerate has been overwhelmingly positive, there is one aspect that I believe could be further improved. The reporting feature, while functional and informative, does not offer the level of visual representation that I would prefer. As someone who appreciates data visualization for quick and intuitive analysis, I would love to see more visually engaging charts and graphs to present key metrics and insights. Enhancing the reporting capabilities with more visually appealing representations would further enhance the software's usability and provide a more intuitive understanding of our mortgage business performance

**What do you like best about Insellerate?**

The key to success in the mortgage industry is to properly and effectively managing your leads. I have not found a CRM that does it better than Insellerate. Unlike many of the other systems out there, it is apparent that the system was built by mortgage professionals for mortgage professionals. My team and I can not recommend it highly enough.

I have not found many downsides compared to the other systems out there.

Keeping our sales team focused on the next action necessary to move the deal forward and providing an engagement system that ensured all of our leads were being properly worked

The lead manager doesnt have to switch between screens to manage leads, which saves time and promotes quick outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Because its useful and informative, the reporting option doesnt provide as much visual information as I would want not awesome.

Offering a contract system that made sure all of our leads were getting correctly worked and keeping our sales team concentrated on the next step.

The user experience is fantasttic.  Insellerate is the best system not only for lead managemnt, but also LO management as well. Sales activity is very easy to get insight into and manage from this CRM. In addition, this CRM is a whole solution for lead management, lead engagement, and LO management.

Compared to other crm, Insellerate is best in class

Cheaper seat licenses than SaleForce don't add up to a value when you lose money on a substandard service.

**What do you dislike about Insellerate?**

Insellerate failed our company miserably. We were running $300K-$400K in monthly lead spend through their CRM only to find that our phone numbers provided were coming up as SPAM and our SMS messages were not being delivered. At no point was Insellerate proactive in diagnosing any of this. After a month of lost revenue we determined the issues and worked with Insellerate to resolve them - 

The costs of lost revenue and lead expense far outweighed any savings, or costs, associated with the CRM's failure.
