InSeasonHQ Reviews & Product Details

InSeasonHQ is season-management software for youth sports organizations — the associations run by volunteer registrars, treasurers, and board members who have day jobs. It covers the full season in one place: online registration and payments (one checkout per family, not per child), team formation and roster offers after tryouts and evaluations, scheduling with calendar sync and RSVPs, Volunteering with hour requirements and buyout options, equipment inventory, an org store, check-in and punch passes, classes/lessons/rentals for facilities, and reports including QuickBooks export. Families get one login per household; kids never hold accounts. Pricing is public and flat: $750/year for the organization with unlimited registrations and unlimited admins. Payment processing is 3.5% + $3.95 per family checkout by card, or 1.8% + $2.49 by bank — charged once per family checkout, not per child — and the organization chooses whether to absorb it or pass it through. First 30 days are free with no card, and setup is done together with your org in an afternoon. Seasons copy forward year to year. InSeasonHQ is not a media company: no ads, no tracking, no selling family data. Export your data and leave anytime.
