InSeasonHQ is season-management software for youth sports clubs, leagues and associations, built for the volunteer boards and club directors who run registration, money and scheduling around a day job. Families register every child in one checkout on a phone, with custom questions, age rules, signed waivers and payment plans that charge each installment automatically. Payments run through the organization's own Stripe account, so money settles straight to its bank, and families can pay by bank at about half the cost of card. Admins place players on teams and send roster offers that families accept and pay online, build schedules, message families by email and text, run volunteer shifts with a buyout option, track equipment, sell team gear in an online store, and check players in at the door with a printed QR code. Reports cover registrations and payments, and rosters, registrations and player records export to CSV. Pricing is one flat annual subscription with unlimited registrations, admins and staff, plus a per-transaction fee on money collected online. A public website on the organization's own domain is an optional add-on, and moving an existing site is included in the first year.
