If this is referring to the Eligibility section or the manual claim entry section. I would have to say the accurate and fast response when eligibility is being confirmed, as well as the Data entry portion for charge entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue that I can think of from Data entry verification is that when a claim is rejected the payer will advise the provider to contact Inovalon, But then Inovalon would direct me back to the payer so when a provider is doing data entry for Inovalon to be used as the clearinghouse this sometimes can be challenging for a provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Inovalon Direct Data Entry Verification because it’s very user friendly and agile. It helps me with fast data entry and verifying coverage, the breakdown, demographics, and other pertinent information. I can figure it out as I go without needing training. It’s time- and cost-effective because I save time by not having to go to different resources or platforms to gather and verify information. The initial setup was very easy.
