Inovaflow works primarily with B2B SaaS companies in the 20-500 employee range, though partner services engagements also serve the enterprise customers of those SaaS vendors. Target buyers include CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Heads of AI, Heads of Professional Services and Heads of Product. Projects are typically scoped within 1-2 days and delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. All integration code is delivered as full source with documentation, data flow diagrams, and maintenance runbooks. The team limits active engagements to 3-5 concurrent projects to maintain senior engineer involvement on every delivery — which is the main reason for quick delivery. The company was founded by three brothers with backgrounds in B2B SaaS solution architecture and engineering.

"Great communication with a deep technical expertise"

What do you like best about Inovaflow?

The main reason I enjoy working with Inovaflow is their communication. They are excellent at staying in touch and building a real relationship with their customers, which makes the whole process much easier.

On the technical side, they are very capable and clearly know what they are doing. I've also found them to be highly flexible; they are willing to adapt as the project evolves rather than being rigid. What do you like best about Inovaflow?

What do you dislike about Inovaflow?

The Inovaflow team has a tendency to go above and beyond, which sometimes means they implement some additional changes that are strictly not required. While I appreciate it, sometimes I have to ask for the reversal of these changes as they do not fit into the bigger picture of the project (which, in all fairness, Inovaflow cannot know).
