Based in Prague, Czech Republic, the team serves product and engineering leaders who need their software connected to enterprise systems without pulling their own engineers off the product roadmap. https://www.inovaflow.io/ Inovaflow operates across four service lines: → Partner Services: acting as an outsourced implementation and deployment team for B2B SaaS vendors, handling customer onboarding, configuration, integration builds, and post-go-live support. → MCP Server Development: building Model Context Protocol servers that connect AI agents to enterprise systems like SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc. Each server handles authentication, data mapping, tool descriptions, read/write/delete operations and error handling for the target system. → API Integrations: direct API connections between B2B SaaS products and enterprise ERPs, CRMs, database/data warehouse platforms, and financial systems. Delivered as source code with full documentation and handed over to the client's team. → Platform Connectors: building and certifying connectors on Make, Zapier, and n8n, including triggers, actions, search modules, OAuth flows, and marketplace certification. Inovaflow works primarily with B2B SaaS companies in the 20-500 employee range, though partner services engagements also serve the enterprise customers of those SaaS vendors. Target buyers include CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Heads of AI, Heads of Professional Services and Heads of Product. Projects are typically scoped within 1-2 days and delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. All integration code is delivered as full source with documentation, data flow diagrams, and maintenance runbooks. The team limits active engagements to 3-5 concurrent projects to maintain senior engineer involvement on every delivery — which is the main reason for quick delivery. The company was founded by three brothers with backgrounds in B2B SaaS solution architecture and engineering.
