What do you like best about InLoox?

What do you dislike about InLoox?

InLoox has a mobile app and it is very different from the desktop version, which felt much more complete. In essence, elements found in current tools, such as entering new tasks, assigning resources, or uploading files, are convenient or even impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was so impressed with the product - the fact it can go through my emails and convert that to tasks with defined timelines and takes into the dependency factors just make the entire process so seamless and helps me focus more on strategy than this admin management work. What do you like best about InLoox?

Flexibility. You can setup boards and lists anyway you like. There are plenty of samples available to help you create a system that works for you. There are very few software programs this powerful that give you the ability to do so much. Integrates with Google Drive, allows you you upload attachments, create checklists, and easily move cards from one board or list to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InLoox?

The only real issue I've found with InLoox now! Web App is that when signal is an issue with your mobile device, some of the apps can be a little flaky. Rather than having a local caching mechanism it appears to rely predominantly on the cloud being accessible. This makes sense to a certain extent: by doing so, they reduce the risk of sync conflicts when multiple people update the same tasks. Still, it can be frustrating if you're in a spot where you could get some work done, but your connection is sketchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InLoox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy collaboration platform, intuitive, elegant user interface, no bugs, no glitches, public and private boards, easy to implement, edit, and complete projects. Progress tracker is great. Makes it much less difficult to keep a growing company on the same page with projects. we also use it for bug reporting, feature request management, watchlists, and more.
