I like InLoox's timeline-driven task view. It stands out for managing e-commerce visual projects at our Miami agency. InLoox’s native media-preview support is pretty limited for our Miami agency. I can’t quickly view edited product photos or short clips directly within tasks. There is no built-in field to log stock-media license metadata. The biggest strength of this Inloox platform is their deep integration with Microsoft Outlook allowing our teams and other cross functional teams to manage projects task and timelines directly within a familiar environment by this it also reduces the context switching and improves our overall productivity the platform offers features like Gantt chart, task management, document sharing and time tracking all in a single place specifically very useful for our organization since we are already using Microsoft ecosystem. This platform interface might slightly feel outdated when compared with other platforms and newer project management tools in this space, and also their initial setup and configuration might take some time, specifically for teams that are not very familiar with structured project planning.
