Rather than just silently blocking emails, these banners actively educate users on why a message is suspicious, effectively turning our workforce into a proactive layer of defense. It integrates seamlessly with our existing environment and drastically reduces the time our service desk spends investigating false alarms and managing quarantine queues.

My favorite thing about Inky was the Microsoft 365 onboarding process. It was smooth, intuitive, and very easy to follow from start to finish. The setup steps were clearly explained, which made the whole experience feel simple and efficient. I appreciated how quickly everything connected and how little effort was required from my side. Overall, the onboarding process gave me a great first impression of Inky and showed that the platform is designed with users in mind.

The thing I liked least about Inky was the user experience on the platform. It felt too confusing and scattered, making it difficult to navigate and find what I needed quickly. A simpler and more intuitive interface would make the overall experience much better.

Example:
There was a PDF stripped from a client email. When I attempted to recover the email from Graphus the platform failed and only provided "Attachment recovery error". After raising the issue with the vendor, it took them over a day to assign the issue, the support rep(Angel) could only manage one message per day and did not understand the request to recover the pdf from their system. After 2 weeks this became a time sensitive issue, and I connected with my AM about it 3 times along with escalating the issue on my side once and the issue is still unresolved. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and no progress has been made.

User reporting through the Phish911 feature is useful and works well, though I wish there were more options for Phish911. The dashboard provides a good overview of Graphus' actions. Activity logs show a clear history of actions taken by administrators of the product. Graphus is affordable, though it may not be worth even the cheap cost.

**What do you dislike about INKY Email Security Platform?**

When searching for quarantined emails, there is a generic keyword search box but no way to filter emails further such as sender, recipient, domain, etc. Automatically quarantined emails cannot be held from mailboxes, the only options are to send to Junk or Deleted folders. Reporting options are weak as you can only generate monthly summary reports and cannot generate daily or weekly reports if desired.

As the email security is very critical and Graphus performs a critical role in this, a few pointers are below:<br>The integration and setup is pretty seamless.<br>The Product is really user-friendly and easy to use, innovative and effective.<br>No need to make any DNS entry changes.<br>Fast implementation, autopilot with few hours task.<br>Banner is a very good idea.<br>Sensitive content detection is very robust.<br>Customer Support is very quick in resolving queries.<br>Being an admin of the product, I am using this frequently.

It is a very useful, effective and fast product, no dislikes.

It is a very good email security solution as it has phishing protection and identifies suspicious emails as well, preventing them. It has a very user-friendly interface that makes it accessible for any company size. We can easily implement this solution. As we are using this solution, they have very good user support whenever we need help. We are using this frequently in our company, and it can be integrated with any other security solution.

Graphus is the tool which I personally found really appreciating for multiple reasons- The very first reason is that it is easy to implement, integrate and controlled. Graphus is so perfect at blocking incoming unsafe email threats before they can even get to my inbox making it my 1st choice.

What I find a bit disappointing for Graphus is that it provides predefined rules and policies which require better customization that can lead to a point that there can be reduction in its frequency.

**What do you like best about INKY Email Security Platform?**

Inky has beautiful looking and loud alarm and signals about a potential phishing scam in email. It has actually made those a few awkward attempts that I would have missed on my own to become easier. I also like that convenience was considered, as the emails that need to be reported are flagged and reporting such emails is processed quickly.

**What do you dislike about INKY Email Security Platform?**

Sometimes Inky, flags payments of genuine emails as phishing. Which is often annoying and particularly when you have to sort out important emails about clients and co-workers. It makes me to check both incoming and outgoing emails to make sure they are not infected.

**What problems is INKY Email Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Inky has made me a lot more comfortable and sure about email security. The very fact that it is present as a shield hurts my concentration 36 percent less because instead of spending 64 percent of the time worrying about phishing I spend just 5 percent instead. A negligible number of malicious emails that may get caught make this an expensive proposition.
