Our company uses Microsoft products and it's hard to share documents with sensitive information through Outlook, so this is a good alternative. **What do you dislike about Inkit?** There could be some more custom features and ways to integrate with Outlook versus having to go through their software. However, for day to day, it's easy to upload and send documents. **What problems is Inkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously didn't have a way of safely sharing documents with sensitive information. The Inkit team built an insane Iterable direct mail integration, allowing us to trigger direct mail postcards, 1:1 on demand, and track the ROI easily. Their customer support team is freaky good. They've gone as far as getting the CEO on the phone which is way above and beyond -- many times their team will even consult with us on best practices and creative tips. **What do you dislike about Inkit?** Not much to dislike, I've been using them for 100% fully automated Iterable triggered direct mail sends and it's worked really seamlessly thus far. Hopefully they build out a Segment direct mail integration sometime in the future, but love using their product. **Recommendations to others considering Inkit:** This service is built for its singular use case.
