Amazing support. Helped us to understand all capabilities of this product quickly. We were able to implement it fastly and the return of investment was definitely a convincing argument. We have set up our importer dynamically to our backend in cooperation with the support team and therefore the maintenance effort will be quite low in the future. The user interface shows a satisfying degree of customizability, which led to absolute satisfaction on our side of the business. For use cases surpassing a certain level of complexity, we needed additional support. The integration went smoothly, also because of the very fast response from their side. We had a solution in place before but it was nothing compared to the UI we now can use internally.
